1st Heating and Cooling

Ryan visited my home today to diagnose and service our A/C unit. Ryan diagnosed the issue with the A/C unit and gave me an estimate. He cleaned the unit, filled with the refrigerant and made it work efficiently. He checked the furnace and pointed out what could be anticipated in the next few years. Ryan was professional, responsive, courteous. Service provided by Ryan was of good value and quality.

This was the best call I could've made when my AC went out. Ryan answered the call and was exceptionally helpful. He walked me through a few different steps I could take myself before a technician could come out. With his help I was able to identify that a fuse was blown and I was able to find a replacement. Ryan truly cares about his customers and I will be calling in the future for all my HVAC needs.

This was warranty work on a four year old furnace. 1st heating and cooling was very responsive to our need on a Sunday and the part we’re covered but labor was not. I understand that labor is a cost to a company it still chaps my a$$ that a four year old unit had a bad fan motor all cost should’ve been paid for by Amana to cover their faulty parts. Not to mention I did all of the diagnostic and prep work with removing the bad piece of equipment.

Other that that great experience. The tech that came out was very professional.

Ryan was very efficient; He reported to me after each job was completed, and showed me what he found; He cleaned up when he was done. Ryan is very professional and knows customer service very well. He answered my questions about what type of carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms to get and where to place them. All in all it was a good experience and I will be recommending your company.

Same company that installed my Air conditioner unit. They did a great job installing my new high-efficiency heater for a REALLY great price, and even gave me refunds and options that I didn't know about! Would Highly recommend!

Our boilers motor sounded terrible, we called on a Saturday- the technician walked us through everything on the phone and was super patient and thorough. Eric came out on that Monday, ordered a new motor immediately and was able to come back (very last minute) to install it. He was super efficient, honest and kind! We honestly couldn’t have been more pleased with the work and professionalism. We plan to use 1st Heating & Cooling for all our heating and cooling needs moving forward.
