Ryan was very professional and friendly. He did a temporary fix and suggested a new humidifier. I will be taking that under advisement.

I enrolled with 1st Heating and Cooling's maintenance program in the spring of this year and they stepped up to their part of the conteact. They called me, set up the app't, and came as promised. The tech was friendly, tslkatI ve, answered my questions and professional. That kind of response and professional service deserve a shout-out from this happy customer! I plan on signing up again in 2023. The peace of mind and top tier service is well worth the price.

Words cannot express how helpful 1st Heating has been. The pricing is very competitive and the customer service has been in a league of its own. I wish that all installation/service companies operated with the same ethical standards in mind as 1st Heating. After working with 1st Heating on dozens of projects at multiple properties, I can truly attest to the craftsmanship and attention to detail provided by every team member. My furnace went out afew weeks ago on a Friday around 4:30 or 5 i called and 1st heating and cooling was at my home i think it was under 40 minutes the price was great to have heat. thank you for being fair prices and the service person was professional and friendly. I never usually write reviews but, my god, this experience could not have been better. My central air fan stopped working this morning and we were all panicking as we are expecting our first heat wave this year. I called 1st Heating and Cooling and asked if they had any availability (on a Saturday). They said they will make time. Ryan came to the house within an hour (he was just finishing up another job so it was good timing). He clearly knew what he was doing and got right in there and identified the issues. He explained everything as he was doing it and it all made sense. He gave us some great advice on how to keep up with maintenance so we can avoid this in the future. All in all, what started as a horrible morning, it turned into a glorious afternoon. Price was more than reasonable and Ryan went above and beyond of what I was expecting. Thanks for helping us out and thanks for being a cool dude.

Our air conditioner went out on Memorial Day!!! I called 1st heating and cooling and left a message. Ryan the owner called me back within 20 min and was at my house on a holiday within an hour. Ryan spent over an hour with my husband and I. When Ryan left I felt very confident in making my decision to purchase not only air conditioner but a new heater as well. He was very informative, knowledgeable and honest. The best part is he was able to install the Very next day. It was 88 degrees outside his crew was at my house at 9 am. They ran into so many issues with my plumbing and gas lines and I had no idea the fixed everything at no additional expense and explained everything to me after all was installed and working. I would highly recommend 1st heating and cooling. They were amazing from start to finish.
