We have had bad experiences with HVAC vendors in the past. However, 1st Heating & Cooling is the company we’ve been working with to fix all the bad work that was previously done. We really cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company. They have us on the right track for optimum functionality of our HVAC system and we highly recommend them!

The technicians are very knowledgeable. We got a new furnace and A.C. Unit . The sales person Scott was straight forward and I feel honest with his suggestions. All warranty information was filed for us . The price was best of all the rest . I would use them again.

Called in morning, out by late afternoon to address the problem. Kept in contact throughout appointment until arrival. Returned in early morning to install part. Very prompt and professional.

I called at 10am on a Saturday due to heater not blowing air and they arrived within 30 min! Very professional, wore covers over their shoes and fast diagnosis. Would highly recommend

I can't say enough about how helpful Ryan has been. He looked at our AC unit a few years ago and our furnace last winter. Both units are older but he repaired them quickly and didn't push us to replace them. I had another issue with my furnace today and he got us up and running right away. We are probably due for a new system and I won't hesitate to use Ryan. It's great to find a contractor who does good work and I know is looking out for me.
