Had to call this company today and I was blown away by their response time and professionalism. From the first interaction on the phone to the end of the service call visit, I was very impressed with how helpful and informative they were. I had initially called for advice on something but was quickly informed it was an overheating issue and should have someone come take a look, so we did. Thomas was so knowledgeable and friendly, explaining things and offering advice and tips along the way. I am very pleased with this company and plan on turning to them for any future HVAC needs we may have! Thanks guys!

We are new homeowners and were frustrated that our AC wasn’t working during the first summer in our home. I called up Ryan on Memorial Day, expecting to leave a message and get a call back the next day, to my surprise he called back about an hour later and talked me through easy/common fixes for the AC over the phone. I was able to get it working with just his advice and it was free of charge! He was even nice enough to give me some tips to keep the unit running smoother throughout the summer. I was lucky that the AC unit just needed a quick fix but if there is anything larger that needs to be done in the future, I will definitely be calling 1st Heating and Cooling back. Thank you!

Replacement of both heating and cooling and they did a wonderful job ..also I liked the fact they cleaned up everything was spotless..I can only say I was very happy with this company..everyone was very nice…

Had an issue with my blower motor on my AC during the beginning of the hottest week so far this year. Ryan the owner called me back within an hour on a weekend, and was incredibly helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and back up and running as fast as possible. Highly recommend!!

1st Heating and Cooling installed an air conditioner in my home today. My original installation date was the 4th of July. That’s not a typo!! Due to my major SNAFU, 1st Heating came out the very next day. Anyone reading this knows, it is unheard of to have a company install anything on a holiday.

The repairman came out on July 3rd and tried everything to repair the 30 yr old unit, but it was toast. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and helpful.

The gentlemen who installed the unit were also extremely knowledgeable and kind and quick which was important given the 90 degree day.

“Going the extra mile” pales in comparison to what Ryan did in making sure the unit was installed ASAP.

I purchased a less expensive unit and was given a great price!

It’s obvious that this company highly values good service. Every single person I had contact with was outstanding and I highly recommend this company!

Huge shoutout to this company and to Austin! Our AC went out today and the temp inside quickly climbed to 80 degrees. We have two long haired dogs and a toddler so we were obviously in a panic. My fiancé made a phone call and within 1 hour they were at our house and Austin had it fixed in like TEN MINUTES!!!! Amazing, quality, and fast service!! Hopefully this doesn’t happen again, but if it does we DEFINITELY know who we’re calling. Thank you!!!

Amazing Company! I will be using them again most likely in the summer when we need a new AC unit. They came out within 15 mins of the call and setup temp furnace same day. The pricing was amazing and the workers were professional and friendly.
