The Air Repair team recently installed a new furnace in my home, and they did an amazing job. They were efficient, professional and friendly. They took extra care to keep my home clean and damage-free during the installation process. The entire team worked like a well-oiled machine. They showed up on time, and they completed the job on time. (A big thank you to Miguel, Mike and Ed!)

The owner of Air Repair, Greg Drinkwater, was very kind. When he found out how disappointing our previous Goodman furnace experience had been, he went above and beyond to make sure our new Goodman furnace and the installation experience exceeded our expectations.

I stopped into Air Repair to pick up a part for my furnace blower after self-diagnosing the problem through YouTube video. Like most repairs, I was only able to narrow the problem down to a few possibilities, so I chose the one that would have the cheapest part and decided to start there. I went in and asked if they carried it and the guy behind the counter talked me through all the possibilities and talked me through everything to check before buying a part. He said that he could check the capacitor if I brought it back in and while I was in there, told me to clean a few wires. When I brought the capacitor back, it was in fact bad and he gave it to me for a great price. The knowledge he gave me, gave me the confidence to complete the job. When I got home, the capacitor was back in within 5 minutes and everything started right up when I turned the power back on.

The same day are furnace needed a very rare part, Greg waited for my father and I to come to his store and he had the one part that we needed. We had a very pleasant experience speaking to Greg and to his receptionist. Great experience, well referral others to his business. Very fair pricing. Excellent Man. If five stars is the highest rating we would rate him as a six!

Absolutely great experience. We have had multiple different jobs done on our home in the last nine months. Air Repair was a great choice for our furnace. From the first contact with them until the completed install it was a good choice. All price quotes were beat and speed of installation was quick.

I have known Greg over 20 years. Each time i have had to contact him , like today, the service , expertise , and experience, has been wonderful. He is driven to help out even if it is just for advice. Greg is always good to his word and has my utmost respect. He is what I consider a success both as a businessman and a person.
For those who have never visited the shop, go there just to check out his collection of .. If i give it away , you won't go.

Greg - with Air Repair - In one word is AMAZING!!!!
I called Greg (before normal business hours) one morning to help with my Grandmother's air conditioning.
As I was explaining the symptoms to Greg, he new exactly what the problem was. He then prioritized my Grandmother and was onsite within 45 minutes. Not only did Greg give flawless professional, service, the quality and price fit within our budget as well. Air Repair had my Grandmother comfy all within an less than 2 hours. I suggest calling this company to all my friends and family.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Our Air conditioning was leaking BAD in our basement. Naturally it over 90 degrees right now. I was told I would have had to wait for over a week from other companies I called. I called them, spoke to the owner, They came out, SAME DAY, Even EARLIER THAN QUOTED-SUPER nice guys, great quality work, not a huge bill. THANK YOU!!! A+

As a woman with some mechanical skills, I had a blown inducer motor on my ancient furnace. Greg at Air Repair was the only place that had this obsolete part. And gave me a pat on the back and encouragement to tackle this job. I removed and installed the motor myself. They saved me $100's of dollars. I'm eternally grateful. It was worth the 20 mile drive!!!

I had Air Repair come out since my furnace wasn't working. The tech said it would need a new computer board which is very expensive. I had a second opinion also, they said it would only need a new fan motor. After the motor was installed, it still didnt work...and can not be returned because of it being an electrical part. I'm now out a couple hundred bucks. Then the diagnosis of the second opinion changed to the computer board being bad. Hmm, so after eating some humble pie, I called Greg back (the owner of Air Repair) we discussed several options. Due to past problems with the current furnace, we decided the best choice would be replacement. Besides Greg giving me excellent advice, he also gave me great service and price on a new high effiency furnace in which he installed the same day. Which after 4 days without heat felt really good! I would definitely reach out to him and recommend Air Repair for any future needs!

never meet anyone So disrespectful to Both staff and customers... it's sad how Greg talks to people. I have Personally seen his whole staff leave him within a month. Does 90% of his business With slumlords in Pontiac... This becomes apparent with this attitude, And quality of work
