John and his son did a wonderful job on our new furnace and AC. His work is very neat he cleaned up all of his mess not only that he put padding down to be careful not to damage the floor. If I could give 10 stars I would! We will be asking him back for a tankless water heating system!

We had SG out over a month ago to replace our 20 year old furnace and AC unit. Wanted to wait to submit a review after we got our next heating bill. Before the new unit was installed we were paying $245 a month for heat, after a full month with our new unit our heat bill is only $135 😳 literally pays for itself. They were very professional, completed the removal and install super fast & gave us a free duct cleaning since we just moved in. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

The reality of having to go through the steps to get a new furnace is stressful & can be costly. John responded to my call within less than 24 hours to evaluate our situation and within a weeks time we are now equipped with a brand new furnace! From start to finish, these folks were easy to work with, timely, & more than fairly priced. I am very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone!

John is absolutely a pleasure to deal with. He keeps his commitments and promises. He told me he would arrive at 9:30am on Monday and he actually did! I called four different heating and cooling companies to get a quote for a mini split system install. John was prompt to call back, gave me some options to consider and his prices were unbeatable. He was super accommodating with my work schedule and completed the installation on a Saturday. The process was smooth and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We are very pleased with our new ac system. John was very helpful and knowledgeable from our first point of contact to the completion of installation. He and his assistant had to complete the project on a cool, rainy day. I appreciated that they used drop cloths to reduce tracking into our home. Pricing for our project was very competitive. We will definitely use him for any ac needs in the future.

John installed a new A/C unit and a new on demand water heater for me all within a week. What I like best about John is he gives you the price up front with his initial quote(no hidden costs or I had to add this on right at the end) just one price all upfront and his prices better than most. I’ve had John out 5 or 6 times in the 3 years I’ve been in Waterford and I honestly won’t go anywhere else. The work he’s done at my home is top quality and meticulous. I also want to mention when we needed hot water because our tank quit on us and we needed a new one John made it a priority to get us scheduled as quick as he could make it out so we weren’t waiting for hot water. We selected SG to install a new furnace and AC unit for our home. Received a quote by email (without a personal visit). I talked to John later by phone and he was able to upgrade the AC to a 16 SEER unit for a lower total cost when including the Consumers and DTE rebates ($950 total). They had all the work completed in about 8 hours. Very professional, great workmanship and a fantastic value. I highly recommend SG H&C.
