We needed a new furnace and ac unit installed and we are so happy we went with SG Heating and Cooling! The pricing was upfront and fair - no hidden costs to get the job done. All communication with staff was professional and respectful. They said they would call when John was on his way and they followed through.

John was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation looked amazing once complete. SG Heating and cooling definitely does quality work and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable business to do hvac work!

Amazing customer service and all around great company. AC broke during a really hot week, we got other estimates but we’re told it would take 3 weeks for install. SG came and installed AC on the 4th of July, less than a week after calling them. They were also cheaper than the other estimates we received. Will use them for all of our HVAC issues and will recommend them to everyone we know.

Had a great experience with this company! John was very honest and upfront, but low pressure about my options. I decided to purchase a new A/C unit, but not pressured either way. The installation was excellent and fast! He even helped me hang a new wall mount tv when he was finished! If you are looking for a heating and cooling guy, SG is it!

John was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. He came out to fix our a/c and immediately diagnosed the problem. He replaced the motor of our old unit and when our old unit died, he gave us a great deal on a new a/c unit. The office staff called often to communicate arrival times and updates on job. I would highly recommend SG Heating and Cool for expert service and quality work!

My central AC was old and noisy so I called to have it replaced. John gave me a great package price for AC and Furnace with quality appliances, so I had him do both and we are very happy with it. They also submitted the rebate forms for us. John and Michelle did everything in a timely and professional manner, I definitely recommend them!

I'm involved in construction professionally, and my boyfriend is a mechanical engineer - so you can imagine we're picky with anyone doing work for us. BUT! I am impressed with John's quick & clear communication, transparency of pricing and labor, and overall general customer service. Would highly recommend SG Heating & Cooling. We had a cold spell when our 20+ yr old furnace went out (of course). We couldn't get anyone else to come out same day, but John did, even though I know they were super busy. Great service, honest quote and an overall positive experience. Very happy with this heating and cooling company! The company owner, John came right over and repaired our furnace today after we called about an issue. We had work being done on house when they broke an AC line and it was 95 degrees and i talked to John (owner) and he jumped on it right away. To refill AC was not cheap for they don't make it anymore and it was old and not efficient unit. John gave us a quote for new unit (Rudd) and new Air Handler in attic. Could not pass it up. John showed up on time and was very professional. I would recommend SG Heating and Cooling to everyone. Thank you SG Heating and Cooling and John .
