    We received exceptional service today by Superior Plumbing. Our sub pump backed up overnight and flooded our finished basement. The experts were here in no time to resolve the issue and spent extra time going over some best practices to avoid another incident in the future. We greatly appreciate the service. Superior Plumbing definitely earned our life-long relationship!

    My family suffered a electrical surge at our residence a couple months ago which caused our water heater to go out (among other items as well). We had the water heater installed only two years ago and naturally called the company who installed it to see if they would assist us in fixing it. The company advised us they could not get anyone out to help us for four days. I was very surprised and disappointed by this since they did a great job selling and installing our new water heater but did not seem to make it a priority to assist a former customer in a time of need. I then turned to Superior for help. The office manger I spoke with advised me she would need to rearrange some schedules but she would get someone out to us by the end of the day. After only an hour wait, Kevin (I believe he said he was the owner) was at our house. Kevin was fantastic and very professional. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly, and replace the damage electrical component in short time. Not to mention saving us a couple thousand dollars from replacing the whole unit (which is what the other company said would likely need to be done when they eventually came out). I would highly recommend Superior to anyone and will definitely be going back for any of our heating and cooling needs!

    So happy this company is around! It's hard to find good contractors these days but I would recommend Superior Plumbing & Heating to anyone!
    Very professional from the minute you call & speak with Terri, who has nothing but the best intentions on you & how to fix your issue(s). Kevin was our contractor who came to our home. He was also professional, took his time to figure out the problem & also recommends any upkeep I can do to further prevent issues down the road. Customer service is amazing!!     My hot water stopped coming out hot and after trying to fix it on my own, I decided that I needed some help. I called a few places to get an estimate of how much it would cost to have someone come take a look at my hot water heater. The average price was around $150 just to come out to my house!

    And then I called Superior Plumbing. When Kevin answered the phone, I asked for an estimate. Instead of giving me a price, he asked me to take pictures of the heater and send them to him so he could try and troubleshoot. We tried a few different things over the phone, but still no hot water. He was pretty sure that a little piece just needed to be replaced, so he asked for the serial number so he could check to see if my heater was still under warranty (which thankfully it was). I then drove up to Superior Plumbing to exchange out the little piece for a new one. When I got home, I put the piece into place and suddenly my hot water heater turned on!

    I was so impressed by the customer service of Kevin and his receptionist! They went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of, without me having to spend a single dollar. Most places these days just try to take your money, whereas Kevin's focus was to help me, his customer. I have already recommended his services to a friend and I will definitely be using Superior Plumbing in the future!

    I am so impressed with Superior:) I had a hot water tank problem. Called Superior, spoke with Kevin, sent photos over the phone. Cathy followed up with me after researching my issue and providing me insights on what to do. This made it very easy for me and eliminated the stress I had. Kevin and Cathy did not have to go the extra mile like they did. I own rental properties as well as my current home and have worked with many plumbing companies. Usually, I feel like these companies may not always have my best interest in mind. I am so glad I found Superior as they truly had my best interest in mind, while being quick and easy to work with. While I don't look forward to having any issues, I do look forward to calling Superior when I do. Thank you Kevin and Cathy!!

    Recently, Superior was out to install new furnace, water heater and additional plumbing to our new home. I cannot say enough about the excellent job Jason and the team from Superior performed in our home. Starting with Kevin (owner) and how helpful and fair he was in coming to our home and working out a few approaches to our needs. That was followed up with Jason's splendid on time performance. Due the vastness of the job - it took several days to complete which gave me an good opportunity to see the team from Superior at work. At all times they were polite, professional, efficient, always taking the time to explain the why and why nots of everything we were doing. They have no problem traveling from Waterford to Rochester for our business. My husband and I highly, highly recommend Superior Plumbing and Heating.

    We found out on a Thursday mid afternoon that our water heater had been leaking as water was pooling in our utility room. We reached out to Superior and they were able to squeeze us in and swing by that evening to assess the heater, help slow the leak, order a replacement heater, and schedule us for a replacement water heater the following evening. The next evening, a Friday evening, the team showed up after a full day of other projects and still took the time to remove the faulty water heater and install a new one as well as helping with the clean up. They did not care that it was after business hours to help fix our problem. Superior is very responsive, friendly, helpful, and professional and we would definitely recommend using them for any and all heating and air conditioning services!

    I had to re-route the pipes for all of the above slab plumbing in my home. Had several quotes and suggestions on how to proceed, however, Kevin, the owner of Superior Plumbing, was far more knowledgeable than all the other companies. His recommendations were sound and they made sense. Kevin did a very thorough inspection and discovered things none of the other companies did. He was very precise with his written quote and seemed very honest. I contracted with Superior and am more than happy with the work and service received; they even put down carpet protectors and wore botties while inside. The work is very professional and everyone who sees it comments about how well done it is and asks who did it. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing!

    Superior Plumbing and Heating has been my service provider for heating and cooling for many years. I have received nothing but excellent care during that time with respectful and knowledgeable service providers, Jason, Nate, and the owner, Kevin. Kevin is an amazing person in that he will do everything possible to help out. He has stopped by without an appointment when I've called about a problem and not only helped me out, but did it with a smile and an upbeat word of friendship. I recently called him about a problem with my brother's thermostat, and he came out even though I had the wrong date. He fixed what was wrong at their house, and even weed whacked around their AC unit and blew leaves away from their entrance. He has offered advice to me when I questioned him about relevant appliance ads that came my way, and I truly appreciate his opinions. I don't think you could find a nicer owner or a better company for your heating and cooling needs! When one is a widow and used to relying on a husband who knows a lot more about these kinds of things than I do, having someone like Kevin to trust and rely on really makes my day.     My first experience with Superior has been EXCELLENT and exceeded my expectations. My water heater broke down on a SATURDAY. I called Superior and immediately talked to Kevin. I explain the situation and he offered to solve it over the phone. This will save me dollars for a site visit. He gave me step by step instructions that even I could understand. However in the end we agreed that a sensor has failed and needed to be replaced. He told me to meet me at the store to get the part. He made an extra stop at his parts store to make sure he had one for me. He constantly called me to keep me informed so that I did not wait anxiously whether he had the part of not. I met Kevin at the customer store. He OPENED it up (remember it is a Saturday) and sold me the part. Then he took extra time to explain how to install and test it. He also mentioned that I should be able to get the part from Rheem since it was still under warranty.. Finally he asked me to call him if the fix work or did not work. Truly shows me professionalism and concern. It all worked out. Then I found out that he is the owner of Superior Plumbing, Heating & Air-Conditioning, Inc. I do not know too many owners that take the time to help customers directly. He is truly professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk with. Again his company WILL be my FIRST call when I have issues with my furnace, air conditioner, or water heater. He has earned my trust and that is not easily done
