Zilka Heating and Cooling

I had a part on my furnace that gave out and it was on a day where it was going to be 15 degrees that night and I have a 13 month old son so I was freaking out. I bought the part at Zilka and it was $75 and the man working the parts counter gave me a discount to make it cheaper. He also warned me that it was a fragile part and when I got home I opened the box and it fell breaking instantly. I went back asking him if he could please at least give me another part for half off because I couldn’t afford to spend another $65 and he didn’t charge me a cent. It’s nice to know there is people with compassion and decency in this world because it was my fault for not being more careful. I will always go there for any hearing and cooling needs.

William, Pedro, Dan and the rest of the team at Zilka did a great job! William walked us through the options and made recommendations, offering the best value for our buck.

During the installation, Pedro and Dan were true professionals. They did an outstanding job installing the new equipment and did not stop until the job was done. They were very attentive to detail.

They took me through the various maintenance items and made sure we understood what we needed to do to maintain the new system.

Hired Zilka Heating and Cooling to complete work at our home. Never showed up, didn't answer emails or telephone calls. Left our home in disarray with holes in the wall and they are nowhere to be found. Very unprofessional and would never recommend them.

I just found out tech from Zika cut the wire to the central air from when I had service work done to the furnace few months ago. I was having problem to my central air I called different company they said someone cut your wires to your ac from the furnace panel . Only one could have done it was Zika. I won't recomend them to anyone.

I've used Zilka for years and they are fantastic! I've used them in my home, my rental, and my Chiropractic clinic. They've done maintenance for us, replaced ac units, added filtering systems, and more. We've always been more than happy with their customer service and we highly recommend them.

First tech they sent out was extremely rude to my wife and I. He completely missed the problem, which caused my basement to flood due to leak in furnace water vent line. They refused to make it right, and insisted on charging me full price for the "service" that took 3 visits, and 3 different techs. The owner, and manager were extremely rude, and basically said that if I didnt like it, "dont call us again." Wow.
