The person I spoke with on the phone was nice and easy to understand. It was easy to book an appointment.
The responding technician Darryl was very polite, honest and to the point. For all future hvac problems I will call and recommended Krane.

What a relief, and pleasure, to wake up to a warm house this morning. We've had furnace issues since, literally, the day we moved in, in 2017. We seemed to be rebuilding the furnace, with new parts, Every year.
Then, another problem arose 2 days before Christmas! I couldn't believe it, yet I could.
2 weeks ago, I decided to try a new company, based on excellent reviews--Krane H&C.
From the owner Jeff, techs Bryan and Darryl, office admin Courtney, to Bob and Charlie--who installed my new high efficiency furnace, yesterday--Everyone was so nice, very experienced, and accommodating. Thank you, Krane!!

We're extremely happy with our Heating/AC installation from Krane. Great communication during the entire process. We were offered multiple options at various price points, all were attractive when compared to other companies offering similar equipment. The installers were friendly, explained everything to us, how use and maintain the new systems, and we clean and respectful of our home during installation. All good here! I would recommend them to anyone looking for heating/cooling work in their home.

Daryl showed up on time and the entire process was seamless. He knew exactly what to look for, did so while I was talking with him, replaced the needed part and was on his way. Excellent service as usual. Krane installed a new furnace on an emergent basis for me several years ago, glad I kept their contact information.

Darrel and Koda came out to look at my AC as it was short cycling. It was an old unit from 2004 and was leaking. Darrel explained my options to replace the unit as repairing would be too expensive since my freon is no longer made. Koda came out and replaced my AC. It took too long to cool down my house so Darrel and Koda looked at my old unit further. Turns out that the tag was difficult to read and I needed a larger unit. Koda came back out two days later and replaced with a larger unit. My house now cools down quickly as expected. I did not have to pay much more for the larger unit and did not have to pay anything for the labor for the second install. Koda was professional and friendly. I appreciate Darrel and the owner accommodating and replacing with a larger unit.

Great experience with this company, replacing a very old AC system for our house. They were easy to contact and sent someone out to quote the replacement the next day. Came for the install within 2 days of us accepting the quote. Install went quick, no issues with the quality of their work. Pricing was in line with other quotes we got in the area. Would go with them again in the future, super easy to work with.

Just bought a home and was disappointed to learn our previous heating and cooling company doesn't service our new area. However, they recommended Krane and we're very pleased with our first experience. Jeff was pleasant and helpful on the phone, and Liz called back quickly, able to work us into Daryl' s schedule within a day. Daryl arrived on time and did a great job - installed a new thermostat, checked furnace for winter, took time to explain the system, and advised we'll need to replace humidifier within 1-2 years. It was an excellent initial experience from start to finish and we won't hesitate to call again for maintenance and/or service.

Just had a new central furnace installed by Krane and I'm quite happy to be warm again, Thanks Krane! Your service technicians were friendly and efficient and when I called in need you were prompt to help. I would recommend Krane to anyone in need of good quality service with fare prices.

I have used this company in the past to replace a furnace and was happy with the service. I recently needed a humidifier replace, so I camm Krane and was very happy with the service the 2nd time.
Bob was courteous and helpful.
