Krane is my go-to company for anything HVAC related. Their staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are reliable and stand by the work they do, and they work hard to make sure the job is done right. I've had a furnace, AC, and water heater installed by them and will continue to call on them for any future needs.

‘‘Twas the day before Christmas and all through the house the heat was not working and my wife was not happy. Called all the local metro Detroit HVAC professionals and was told they had no availability to perform an emergency repair, even with below zero temperatures. The soonest I could find any help was 4 days away and my water pipes were sure to freeze in this weather. I called Krane heating and cooling as a first time customer and they were my Christmas miracle. They said they could have a technician at my Waterford house by 8am and the technician, Daryl, even called to help me trouble shoot the issue to get some heat overnight. Got my furnace working temporarily so we would not freeze and he showed up to fix the furnace promptly at 8 am on Christmas Eve and had the heat working within 15 minutes. Crisis averted and Christmas did not have to be cancelled. Thank you so much Krane and Daryl, you were our Christmas miracle and you have a customer for life 😊.

Had a very old AC and 80% furnace replaced with a new high efficient furnace and 14 seer AC along with a new water heater chimney liner and humidifier. Great team very respectful and technically qualified team.

I called the check why my AC wasn't working. They were able to have Darryl out within a half hour. He called to let me know he was on the way. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. The service fee was fair and well worth it to have the AC running. I would highly recommend.
