Daryl from Krane was very professional and helpful. My furnace control board burned out and he showed up the same day, made a short term fix to ensure we're comfortable over a couple really hot days. He ordered a new board and replaced within a short time. Very satisfied.

Not the cheapest but that is okay as long as the quality is there. The new furnace looks clean, takes up less space, and works. Daryl did the initial inspection and the overall fix - both times he was great. The thing that wasn't okay is that the new installation came with a gas leak. The union for one of the gas pipes wasn't seated correctly following install. I went down to my basement where the furnace is located the day after the job and the smell of gas was awful and I had to turn off the gas/furnace. The techs did come out and fix the leak the next morning (14 hours after I called about it), unfortunately resulting in another cold night. Paying nearly $5,000 I would expect a full safety check from the installation crew prior to their departure.

The Krane team was very good to work with. Extremely fast and responsive to our needs. Explained our options and offered guidance on next steps. Left the decision completely up to us and no pressure one way or another. Due to the age of our equipment we decided to get new A/C and furnace installed. The team reacted quickly to get the A/C unit installed and functioning the same day!! New A/C and furnace is an expensive decision, but the price from the team at Krane was as good or better then any other we had found. So good priced for the work required. I would definitely recommend Krane's team to anyone that asks.

The team came out and performed a thorough inspection of the prior unit. Diagnosed and replaced the HVAC system within 24hrs. Fast friendly and efficient!

I am very happy with my new water heater.
My old one started leaking a couple of days ago and I was looking for a replacement.
I called Krane yesterday, went over the options they had available, and selected a new water heater.
I was very happy to be able to schedule my installation for today. One of the installers called me this morning to confirm the arrival time, and they were done within 2 hours. They came prepared and made sure my hallways and basement stayed clean.
I really liked how they made the process easy for me. I just needed to be home to open the door, and show them the location of the old heater, and they did the rest.

The entire team at Krane was great to work with. They were all very courteous, polite and professional. I was quite impressed with the way they explained the problems I was having with my furnace and the options for repair or replacement. The initial evaluation and install were done in a timely manner. Technicians were knowledgeable, neat and considerate. They also informed me about financing and rebates I would never have known about. A very good experience overall.

Koda and Darrel were excellent. They were incredibly friendly upon arrival, wiped their shoes and got right to business. They explained the various possible causes of the issue with my heat and provided cheap solutions. They even educated me on how to resolve the issue should it happen again. 10/10 service

After calling for service it took less than 48 hours for our repair to be completed. We were treated with respect from our first call for service until the service was complete. We have lived in White Lake for 36 years and I can honestly say that it's a great feeling not thinking we were being taken advantage of.

Daryl with Krane was by far the best HVAC guy I've worked with. I have had two companies out in the last 2 years messing with my system and Daryl spent all of 15 minutes fixing the issue as well as verifying everything else was in good condition.
