Krane Heating and Cooling

My old furnace died this winter, and I was dealing with a home warranty company that was taking over 12 hours to find a contractor. After freezing through the night waiting for the them to find me a contractor, the home warranty company finally allowed me to schedule my own HVAC tech, and I happened to find Krane. Beginning with the service rep they were understanding and more than willing to schedule a service call. They were easy to talk to and I shared my concerns about the home warranty company as well as unique difficulties with the job (furnace was in a cramped area and hot water tank was right in front of the only access point). I sent pictures and they admitted it looked difficult, but that the team deals with unique stuff all the time and they could definitely do the job. The techs came as scheduled and did a professional job - no complaining, cordial, friendly, and worked hard and fast. They were able to get me up and running and somehow were able to work in the cramped area without even having to move the water heater. I had the old furnace removed and new one installed and it looks great! A big thank you to the team for all their hard work.

Our furnace died just a few weeks after we moved in to our home. We found Krane Heating and Cooling and the staff was really nice and responsive. They sent a technician the day after to check if the furnace could be repaired but unfortunately it was too old, two days after we had our new heating system installed and we are now ready for the Winter season! Price seemed reasonable. We definitely recommend this company.

Working with Krane to replace our furnace and ac was a great experience. Our sales person, Jeff, was easy to reach and so kind to answer my millions of questions. The installation crew was prompt, very kind and also able to answer all my questions. They completed the job in 1 day and were so professional. Due to the professional service we received, I am confident we did get a great price and quality of product. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Krane Heating and Cooling.

Had an issue with my air conditioning unit. Was put in touch with Daryl, and he arrived promptly and on scheduled. Within a few minutes, he took the time to explain to me what was wrong, and what the possible options were.

Koda and Aidan did a wonderful job explaining to me what work was performed, cleaned up the area nicely, and instructions for maintenance.

Very happy with their work, would recommend Krane Heating and Cooling in the future.

We called for service of our furnace on a Thursday. We got an appointment on that Friday, and had the furnace fixed by Tuesday.
We are extremely pleased with how quickly and efficiently Krane was able to get our furnace up and running again right before the temps really dropped.
Brian was our guy, and we couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and personable person to let into our home.
GREAT price for the fix, esp considering our furnace is over 20 years old and not easy to access.

Can’t comment on services because they never came out. Schedule a time between 12-4pm. But apparently the worker would rather text me back and forth trying to figure out why my AC wasn’t getting cold. I am not a professional hence why I called and set up a appointment for someone to come out and look at my AC. But texting me and asking me to send pictures instead of coming a mile down the road to my house to diagnose the problem. How unprofessional to text back and forth when all I wanted was to pay someone $110 to come look at my unit and tell me what was wrong or what needed to be fixed.

I ended up needing a whole new unit. Thankfully another more professional company stepped up to help.

Entire team did a great job. Lost AC Wednesday night called Kranes Thursday morning and Daryl was out by Saturday. Diagnosed the problem and set up a team for Monday morning to come out. I appreciate the 24/7 professional service. Bob/Mike Team was careful in my house and yard. Did a great job. I will always use Kranes for heating/AC problems. Thanks

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Mike, Jeff & Aiden were the service techs assigned to my install and honestly was blown away. At my full-time Job I work with contractors on a daily basis, and don’t always have the best interactions (as a woman) so I have to say that these guys and this company were some of the most professional and efficient contractors I have ever encountered. Not only was the value there, but their attention to detail was awesome. They left my space better than they found it and explained how everything worked. From the minute I called for a quote to the second I closed the door after the install, I experienced 100% satisfaction.

Krane replaced a 25 year old HE Carrier furnace with a HE Bryant unit. The guys were on time and the completed job showed that they took pride in their work. They also replaced an older humidifier control with a new one at no charge even though it wasn’t a part of the job. Their price was very competitive with others and included a WiFi t-stat. Everyone I dealt with at Krane was pleasant and professional. The included 5yr labor warranty sealed the deal for me.

I have used Krane for all of my furnace and air conditioning maintenance checks. They are the best! I will never use another company. They have always been so great to work with and flexible with scheduling. Highly recommend!
