    Buyers Beware. Their prices are double the competition. Service Experts bought out my local AC guy. They did a couple of services and then one unit went out. So I needed a new 3 ton heat pump. I wanted a variable speed, 2 stage, 16 seer unit with good reviews.
    Their price? $21,498 and if I used their lease program? That unit would run $36,000. The unit I got compared to the "option 2" on the attached estimate.
    I got a top of the line unit with all the bells and whistles. UV light, filtration, an added duct, 10 year warranty, and a new wireless thermostat. $11,500.
    Comparative ricing for the cheap "option 1" unit. $7500 Their price $13,599

    Got to keep in mind that their lease program runs for 10 years. After that you are on your own and that's when most units start having issues.
    That is the length of the manufacturers warranty you will get with a new unit. So all they are doing is the annual service and labor for that extra 11,000. You can get a good labor warranty for about $1200. (Most folks don't need it but just in case)

    The technician William was called to install an air filter, which he easily accomplished. In addition he gave the whole system a once over to ensure all components were operating properly. He further provided a bit of education to me about how to aid in ensuring a clean drain pipe. William was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and very personable.

    Five star rating is for Tech Coty Rugar. Very meticulous Tech that had to replace my compressor that went out 2 weeks after I had my 6-month service check done by another Tech. This other Tech took only 37 minutes to check EVERYTHING and do the paperwork. I feel I was ripped off on this 6-month service charge. The Tech never put gauges on the system, and Coty told me there was NO FREON in the system when he checked it! I think if the 6-month service was done correctly by the 37-minute "Super Tech" (sarcastic), I may have been prevented being down 10 days waiting on a compressor that was on backorder! Again, 5 stars for Coty.... 1 Star for the Service Experts 6 service check. I'll definitely be checking my records to get the name of "Super Tech" and never let him do my 6-month service checks! I pay for this service plan to keep my system up, not to "RISK" it failing days later due to poor quality service.

    Showed up right on time and listen to my explanation of what was going on with my Air Conditioning unit. Greg and Taurino quickly got to troubleshooting and within 15 had thr problem found and fixed. They also answered a bunch of questions I had about best practices on keeping my unit healthy. Their support and friendliness was top notch and was what caused me to want to sign up for the maintenance membership plan.

    The wonderful staff, Wyatt, Hunter,Andrew, installed my New Lennox AC today! They were so polite and professional I would buy another one just to have them come back. Them were very particular about cleaning and respect for their customers belongings. Very knowledgeable about the product. I can’t stop!!! They were wonderful. They need extra pay for doing my house!

    Crooks! Charged me over $800 just to replace a corroded pipe nipple about 12" in length. The work took only 15 minutes and a pipe wrench. I understand that we're not just paying for the parts but also for the years of experience that the technician has, but if a repair can be done in 15 minutes using a replacement that costs about $2 and the only tool needed is a pipe wrench, is it justifiable to charge over $800? I recommend you avoid these crooks.

    Rashaad was our service tech and he is awesome. Very thorough and personable. He cleaned the outside of my air handler in my garage and hosed down the vents on the compressor outside my home. I don’t think that has ever been down during our past maintenance calls. Definitely will request him again for any kind of service I need. I think he is one of your best employees!
