William came to my house to an outgoing issues with one of my AC units that was constantly not Cooling well .
William was able to quickly discover the issue and fix it .
I'm very happy with Service Experts for having such a wonderful Technician so Technicaly and professional.
Will made sure also that AC is tested and fully functional before leaving the house.
My other AC is in the advantage program witch I'm very happy because I don't have to worry about any repairs cost .

10/29 One month after being sold an upgraded maintenance plan, I had a problem with a vent leaking. I scheduled a service appointment and Ran and David came out to do the diagnostics of the system and reported nothing was wrong with my system other than it was “outdated”. My system is a quality 7.5 year old system that is working fine.
They tried to sell me on their Advantage plan to replace my current system telling me that a new A/C unit would be “well over $9000.” This fact is also untrue as I’ve since had another company come out and verify that I could in fact get a new unit for that amount.
When they left the leaking got worse within 24 hours so I called another company to come out to do service. Within 30 seconds of checking my unit the other company found a completely disconnected drain pipe.

Service experts Ran and Dave told me no pipes were disconnected and instead tried to sell me a new system, blown in installation and even a new in-line hot water heater because of the age they showed me of mine. My water heater was not my problem. Dripping water from an air vent was due to the disconnected pipe they completely lied about. (I have pictures to prove it.)

This company is shady at best but I’d go so far as to say criminal, and will be contacting an attorney, the Better Business Bureau, and any AC company governing agencies.

I now question the upgraded plan I was sold and the so called maintenance that was done just a month ago.

service techs-- William and Sidney performed regular maintainance on our unit, and also did a free home health check. Excellent service, both of them are efficient and professional, happy to address any questions or concerns.

Adrian & Ron were fast and efficient. Called at 3:30 because our ac fan was not working. They found the problem, left and got the replacement parts, installed them and were gone by 5. Very fast response and quick service. We will come back if we have another ac problem!

Adrian Young and Ron came out to our home for bi-annual servicing of our two A/C units and identified issues with our 12 year old units. Adrian explained in detail what the issues were to where I could understand what was going on. Great service and great explanations of the issues we were running into.

Will was prompt and professional. He checked and cleaned our system. Also, Will confirmed there was no surge protection for the electronics board and he provided an estimate should I decide to install surge protection. Nice job Will!

I arrived home from a long hot day at work and when I walked through the door there was no relief from the hot Florida sun. I called the service center and they told me a tech could be here in 45 - 70minutes. Ron and Adrian arrived within 50 minutes. They diagnosed, assessed, and repaired a manufacture defect on the condenser. They had my house back to cooling down to a comfortable 70 within an hour. I will request these techs if I ever need an emergency fix.

We’ve been Service Expert customers for years. This is our second system we’ve purchased through this company. Adrian, our sales rep has been extremely helpful with us every step of the way. His pride in the company shows throughout, his demeanor and patience with all of our questions has been stellar. We are happy to continue our relationship with Service Experts which included A/C units as well as the rerouting and cleaning of duct work after an addition was put on the house back in the mid 90’s!
