Can't believe that we actually got installation of a new unit on Easter Sunday! Andrew and Wyatt came out on the holiday missing time with their family to make sure we would have a working AC unit going in to the new week. Thus far our experience with this company is heads and tails above our previous interactions with other AC companies. Rashad and Taurino were also very thorough during the initial assessment.

Had a great experience with service experts today. They came to do some routine maintenance on my air conditioner and water heater. Steve (A/C), Sean (A/C), Sean (W/H), and Tommy (supervisor) were on time, courteous, and very thorough. Thanks!

Damien came out this morning and fixed my A/C in minutes. He was very polite and professional, told me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He added a preventive tool so it likely won’t happen again. Afterwards, he educated me on how the A/C handler works at dehumidifying, and what settings would promote it without over cooling. This was overall a very pleasant interaction, this morning. I highly recommend Damien for anyone else’s repairs, and will request him for my future repairs. Thank you Damien!

I am using this company for three years already. From the very beginning - reasonably priced, professional, accurate and responsible. Very impressive with techs knowledge of systems and potential issues/remedies. Cody and Matt were just here today, tuning up my AC. Thank you guys! Definitely a happy customer.

Ron and Adrian did an excellent job showing up so quickly on a weekend and getting the AC working again in a few minutes. They are professionals who immediately took care of the problem and provided great service with advice and recommendations to address the aging AC unit.

Coty was by far the most professional and helpful individual in this company! The 5 star rating is specifically for Coty and not the corporation as a whole. In fact I have had nothing but issues with the service and the system since they installed it. They should give Coty a promotion and will request that he is the only person they send to my house in the future for service!!

How they have 4.8 is amazing. A tech and sales guy show up, I tell them what's going on with my hvac, blower motor moving slow. Tech walked a round with a temperature gauge, no other tools checked nothing told me need new motor and the sales guy wants me to buy whole new system. I not only feel like i got robbed, I really did. I'm not sure how this company sleeps at Night. Enjoy the $100
