Again Service Experts has delivered professional service to my family and I. We love our new whole home water filtration and 5 stage reveres osmosis system. Matt & Sean were our master plumbers and did a great job getting us setup. Not to mention Adrian our sales guy and Elizabeth our scheduler and Josie and Nadine who always interact with us when we call in to get service or make adjustments due to our very busy schedules. We are fully locked in to the Advantage plan and out filters will never be a cost we have to deal with. Thanks again Service Experts. Excellent work.

When I needed a new a/c system, I wanted a reputable and professional company and someone I could trust. This exactly what I got with Service Experts. The comfort advisor James was professional and knowledgeable and took his time explaining options that would best fit my needs. He made sure all of my questions were answered and told me to reach out to him if I had anything further to ask. The installation team was prompt and very respectful of my home and did a fabulous job installing my new system. These gentleman left nothing unchecked and made certain the system was working properly. The advantage program is the best deal out there, especially if you want to be worry free about such a big investment. On one of the hottest days of the summer so far, our AC quit working around 6:30pm. When I came home from work at 8:30pm & saw it was 86 degrees inside, I immediately called & was able to schedule an appt for the next day. Damien & James arrived about 1:30pm, identified the problem, and replaced a capacitor in the condenser quickly & efficiently. They were courteous, efficient, friendly and professional.

Service Experts are simply the best AC people I have ever worked with. I’ve lived in Florida since 1979 and have had many AC systems in homes I have owned around the state. In Orlando there is just no one better. Rapid response to problems, competent, experienced, polite, reliable service techs, truly caring parts department, pleasant and helpful schedulers, and extremely fair prices make this company just the best around. I’ve worked with several other companies and none are even close to how good and fair these guys are.

Adrian Young and Ron were fantastic to work with. Been using Service Master for years and will continue. Dedicated customer service team. Matt and Sean also were outstanding in replacing my water heater.

Had my AC UV lights swapped out. Damien did a great job. Quick, efficient, friendly, kept me informed about the process. Happy with the service.

The overall experience was easy and everyone from the woman who helped me set up getting someone to come to my house to the two technicians who came were all very professional. The two gentlemen, Drew and Torino (I'm sorry if I am spelling your name wrong) who came to look at my broken AC arrived 30 mins early and were quick to assess my AC and find the issue. They worked fast and efficiently and got my AC back to working. If needed, I would use their services again!

Requested routine annual inspection. Two men arrived talking 100 miles per hour. Gut instinct was to tell them to leave. Should have listened. They were only interested in selling a new system and tried to use fear tactics to pressure into buying. Charged over $750 to clean AC coils and change capacitor. Would not recommend this company.

William Gaz can today and fixed what the technicians did yesterday. My maintenance was not done right in April and the unit was clogging up. William came and repaired everything that had been done the day before by the other Techs - so now it has had a proper maintenance and it’s not going to clog up and it doesn’t leak anymore (from work done yesterday). I highly recommend this Technician. He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable and I will ask for him by name if I ever need anything done again. Wonderful experience with him.
