Service was completed on June 20th 2023.

We had our A/C units, hot water heater and duct work replaced. Adrian was great in helping us decide what route to take in this process. Andrew and Wyatt were the technicians who installed our indoor and outdoor units. These guys are GREAT! Very professional, polite and a real pleasure.

Greg and Austin came out today to do our 6 month inspection. The arrived within the allotted appointment, notified me of arrive and was spot on. They were both were very knowledgeable , personable and professional. They did a great job and provided me with information about my system and options going forward.

Good customer service from Wes and Damien! Very knowledgeable and took a long time explaining new regulations, parts, conditions, as well as pricing options and other recommendations. Nadine who set up the appointment was polite, helpful and got me scheduled quickly for a great full service experience. Prices just seemed a bit high comparatively.

I had my maintenance done today with service experts, and Damien was my technician. He was very polite and pleasant and his explanations were exceptional when he was explaining about the system and the UV light thank you very much Damien you made this visit a very pleasant experience, and we would certainly welcome you again.

Reggie did a great job fixing the leak in my air conditioner. He was here in a timely manner and was quick and efficient. His knowledge of the system was very helpful. Thank you.

04/16/23/ Damien arrived and got straight to work. He cleaned the unit and then took the time to diagnose why it wasn’t working properly. He sealed all that he could and got the AC working again. The duct work still needs someone to come over and repair. I’m very happy with his professionalism and hard work

No AC on a Saturday and new to the area. I called Service Experts, within two hours I had a tech at the house assessing the issue. Damien was here for quite some time but he did not leave until the AC was cooling. Damien was very professional, explained everything, and kept me informed on pricing. I recommend Service Experts and Damien.

Damien did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Even though it was late in the evening, he was pleasant and polite. I will ask for him the next time I need service.

A/C stopped blowing cold air sometime over night. Called into Service Experts at about 9 am, and they had a technician out to my home by 10:30 am. Rashad was wonderful! He had the problem diagnosed and corrected within 20 minutes! So very grateful for Rashad’s quick, professional service.
