William was awesome and very patient with answering my questions. He is a great addition to the company. Adrian and Sean came out to provide me with an estimate today. They were both very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I decided to move forward on replacing my water tank because of the information and professionalism that Adrian and Sean had provided and displayed.

Had an appointment that they called me for. Set up by them on a day and time they wanted for their service advantage plan yearly maintenance program. Was set up for a.m. and they never showed. I called them mid afternoon, they had no idea what was going on. A little later I got a call from a tech, said he was on his way and would be there in about an hour and a half. Told him don’t bother I had plans for late afternoon. This is the exact same thing that happened to me last year. I had to reschedule and take another day off work which I’ll have to do again this year. And last year they didn’t replace my filters and they haven’t done it this year so the last time they were replaced was 3 services ago. They’re all about taking your money but not so much about their guaranteed service program. Add all my payments up and they’ll get me for over $21,000 Definitely dissapointed.

Willliam and Sydney were amazing, provided clear instructions and direction while walking us through the repair work they did on our AC in the sweltering heat! Thank you so much!

Adrian Young was VERY professional! He took our concerns into consideration for the proper system to fit our needs. He took his time and explained everything, in layman terms so we could understand all aspects and were able to make an informed decision. We are extremely happy that we decided to go with Service Experts Heating and Cooling! We would ABSOLUTELY recommend them! Plus, installation was the very next day!

William was my tech in this service call. We have been using Service Experts for a while. The service is always good. Only negative, the office seems to have troubles keeping their records straight on our contract status, so keep your receipts!

Sean Bell is an outstanding Tech - along with David Butler. Sean efficiently found the problem and solution with as minimal damage to reach the problem area. Was friendly, professional, efficient and trusted. Would 10/10 call Service Experts for any and every issue I have.

After another tech failed to diagnose the issue, Andrew came out and was able to find the problem. He was very professional and straightforward in explaining what needed to be fixed and what needed to be done as a follow up. Kudos to Andrew.

William came to fix my ac which was clogged and leaking water. He put a lot of effort into cleaning it and redid the condensate pump setup. We are very happy with his job.
