There arent many "cool" days in Florida so when the air conditioner malfunctions, panic sets in. It doesnt take long for the tempature in your home to go from ice ice baby to hot and humid. When our ac went out my husband instantly started making phone calls. He started out with some of the, as you can say, bigger named local companies. He got one lady from another company he called to get prices that honestly, I wonder if the owner knows what a ditz she really is on the phone with potential customers. At one point my husband started listing off names of places and he named Turtley Awesome Cooling & Heat. I love turtles so I instantly said CALL THEM! He placed a call to obtain information. The guy/owner on the other end responded with detailed information and was up front and honest with everything. GREAT COMMUNICATION! He gave my husband the information he needed to make a decision. The prices are heavily competitive with even the larger companies. My husband had follow up questions and he shot a text right over and got a turtley awesome speedy response. We decided to go with them and we were 110% satisfied. Trust the flow. He showed up when he said he would be there. He had us up and running within hours of making our initial call.
Upon arrival, he was super friendly, and got right to the job. He wasn't going to make us wait longer than we needed to. He explained what he was doing to my husband and put everything back the way he found it. He cleaned up behind him and didn't leave a mess behind.
There were no unexpected surprises. He didn't try to oversell extra parts like you sometimes get from some companies.
They understand the importance of QUALITY work.
A week or so later my husband had a few follow up questions on the unit and he reached back out. The owner came back and double checked everything. The call back had nothing to do with anything that was done wrong, but he just wanted a few other things to be looked at to see if the ac unit was on the fritz. He gave my husband his honest opinion and again left with turtley happy customers.

Fast response to our AC issue. Michael clearly put in over time to get here the same day. He and his team communicated consistently throughout the day to keep me updated of his arrival. Top notch, friendly service.

We are pleased to inform you that the AC Co. has successfully completed the job and the unit is now functioning properly. They repaired the coolant line leak and recharged it, as well as replaced the relay switch. The tenant has reported that the repairs have been successful.
