Andres was very friendly and knowledgeable, he provided a very thorough inspection of my entire A/C system, I was very impressed with Andres! Jose Diaz is awesome! Made sure that we were at least cool for the night AND came back on the 4th to complete the repair review. We did decide to go with a newer unit due to the age of the unit, but never felt pressured. Thorough and made sure we were explained everything.

Spends around 2 hours doing testing of my current unit. Jose then goes to show me 5 ton units based on a flawed heat load calculation that he did. He blamed all of my current problems of the ac on an undersized unit that was actually not undersized. Also every single option that he showed me was at least twice the price of the competition, even when the competition used the same or a more expensive heat pump. I will not be choosing this company for my new ac install.

I have many complaints about this company, however, I just saw another persons review about maintenance plan and not getting same day service for an a/c that went out in (110 degree heat). The review was very detailed about charges and times etc. I had a similar issue, with all the same problems.

I subscribe to their maintenance plan. Called on Friday at 6:00 p.m. bc ac wasn't cooling. They couldn't get anyone out until Tuesday and were going to charge me for the visit. (Should be free with plan.) Got the same run around in that conversation as stated the other persons review.

They advertise, 1 hour service but give you a 4 hour window and then if they are an hour outside of that window ( now making it 5 hours) THEN the visit is free. They advertise emergency and 24 hour service but that, apparently, is only for answering phones.

Every time I have an ongoing service problem that takes numerous calls to resolve, I ask to speak to a manager. EVERY SINGLE TIME, the manager will not take a call and relays messages to the customer service reps who answer phones, who then relay it to me.

Current issue - I'm trying to sell my home and learned its held up because A/c permit was never closed out after installation. Call 1 hour AC. They were going to have someone in "Permits dept" look into it and get back to me. A week later they still hadn't called. And will it even pass inspection without the drip pan properly installed???? Maybe this is why they never closed it out? Maybe they intended to come back to finish but as seems to be typical, they didn't follow through???

I have been using this company at this location in Melbourne for years. We had a technician last April (2022) who had to make repeated visits to chase down a coolant leak. During those visits I had a lot of additional work done. I signed up for the maintenance package where they would come out twice a year to clean the system and check for any preventable issues. The first visit was in October of 2022 then nothing. I did receive a couple of phone calls and emails asking that I renew the maintenance service. I responded that I would appreciate the second visit I paid for before I renew. Well, they showed up today...appointment was between 2pm and 6pm and they said I would be notified 45 minutes before arrival....they arrived at 2:25 and I received a text notification they were on their way at 2:28... there were two techs but the lead tech was Andres Pineda. When they were finished with the cleaning and inspection I was informed that I should replace my Capacitor as "it could fail ay any time" This just happens to be one of the parts that was replaced last year in April. In October of 2022 I was told it looked fine by the maintenance tech that came out. So I explained to Andres I would be doing the work shortly and that I would like them to be the ones that come out. As soon as they left, I noticed the air was warm coming from the system...the house was getting hotter...I waited about an hour because the system was off while they worked... The system never cooled down...this is because the capacitor did fail. Now I understand things break...but to me, this was quite a stretch as the techs knew the condenser was not on when they left. To make matters worse, I called, before 5pm, to get someone out here to repair. I was told so sorry, the earliest we can be there is Monday morning...today is Friday....so I was being asked to sit tight over Easter Weekend and just ride it out...needless to say we cancelled the appoint for Monday and have another company coming out tonight. I will never do business with this company ever again...
