I had Travis come out today to service my air conditioning unit. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and did a great job. Highly recommend one hour and highly recommend Travis!

Put a hole in my Compressor Coil. Tried to cover it up and sell me a new unit. Won't call me back to pay for their damages. Do not use them. They will damage your property and try to sell you overpriced items.

Update: having to seek legal counsel in order to get them to pay for their slimy technicians damage. Will be contacting the local news as well to do some investigation into this business.

My golden (platinum) years had a severe hiccup this past Sunday when
I lost my less than 3 yr old AC.....wow....not the right weather. Neighbor
recommended One Hour, but specifically Juan, I called on Sunday after
hours but fast forward to Monday morn, call came from Juan that he
would be here in 55 minutes.....and he was. It was a complicated repair
but Juan applied expert 5 star assertiveness and service. Up and running
cool. THANK YOU JUAN I really appreciate the extra interest and service.

Our service technician was Woody and was very prompt, friendly, professional,and I cannot say enough about how great I feel One Hour BROS Air took care of our problem. They are terrific! THANK YOU!

Was very happy with this company on previous visits. Thus the three stars. Now they have been to my house two different times for a freezing evaporator both times (two different technicians) could not give me an good answer besides possible txv valve or just replace the whole unit. Told on the phone it has to be thawed for technician then technician comes out and says he needs it to be frozen. Ok.... Now of course a holiday weekend, it is frozen again twice in one day and they cannot come out until Monday. Canceling my VIP customer service contract that is worthless and doing business elsewhere.

Immediate response time. I would highly recommend One Hour Air. Tony was a great technician, super knowledgeable gave several options to fix the problem. Ended up going with his recommendation because he was clearly the professional.

Woody went about his inspection as a true
professional, changed the filter (I provided) then went to the equipment and connected his gauges. I then went back to what I was doing.
He did his thing and when he was done he filled out his report and had me sign it. He said it was in good shape.

We called One-Hour Air when our AC went out. RJ showed up quickly and took care of the problem in less than an hour. Feels great again. Thanks RJ!
