One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Melbourne

Plan I bought for maintenance said ALL covered and I had to pay $500 for bulbs. Company did cut me a deal on cost of cleaning coils as system less than 2 years old and was never properly sealed allowing dust and dirt to be sucked past filter. Just cancelled my service as my plan tells me they have been charging me for stuff that is covered by the warranty plan .

I received excellent Maintance from the service professional technician ( name?) He represented One Hour BROS in a manner that gives me confidence in continuing my relations with this company.

Just had a new system installed and the installers were great. Very professional. They made sure explain the system and features and all questions I had before they left.

The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, explained the problem with the A/C in detail and fixed the problem within within a reasonable time. He was friendly and professional. He even washed the permanent A/C filter which was a nice gesture.

I've been using One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for several years. I've had good service and good professional techs sent to my home.

They picked up the phone immediately when I called and worked with me because I had to work that day and showed up on time fixed my central heat and air and they didn't try to sell me a whole new system he explained what was going on with my system he was polite didn't rip me off they're fantastic I will never use anybody else I had called a couple other places first and they never picked up the phone and it went to voicemail and they were supposed to be opened I guarantee you they will not try to rip you off I was totally comfortable doing business with this company five-star all the way I just wish I could remember the gentleman's name that came he deserves to be recognized

I recently bought a unit in January and have had problems with it . It seems it was not installed porofessionaly, They found a leak in the unit causing it to lose regerigent. They came out right away and put some referigent in it and some dye to find the leak. They got and installed a new part. then the unit stopped again, this time it was because they did not put the drain treatment causing the drain to clog up and unit to shut off. Again the company solved the problem right away however . I cannot help but think What next. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.
also was promised 6 free filters, whick i have not received. Also now they say, lit could be the duc work that is giving me problems with distributing the heat. I believe that should have been checked out with installation.

Service guys are always great and more than willing to offer up advice or help out with any questions. I was very glad to have a service contract with the company
