One Hour Heating and Air always treats us right. The technician arrived when he said he would, was courteous and professional, fixed the problem quickly, and answered all the questions I had. I have a maintenance service contract with this company and I also use them for all of my AC repairs; this is the efficiency and professionalism I have always experienced with them. Highly recommended.

My first time dealing with this company and I am impressed. I like how they notify you when the technician is on the way with their info and picture. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. It was obvious he had my best interests in mind. I know who to call the next time my a/c needs attention!

For today's visit was for routine maintenance. The tech use my last filter to replace the 1 I was using. The thing is, the 1 he replaced was only like 3 weeks old and is still good. Other then that, everything was good.

Tony had an appointment time for a general AC check up. He called me and asked if he could come earlier to perform the work. When does this ever happen with a service call, never. He showed up early took care of business with no problems. Now I am stuck here waiting on Att two hours past their 4 hour appointment window. I could spit nails.

The Staff was helpful with my situation. the technician was very understanding to the extreme need and difficulty that I was facing due to the distance separating me from my property. they were very professional and quick to resolve my problem. I would definitely used them again and would recommend them.

It was a Sunday evening when I called about my AC not working. They took all my information...they texted a picture so I knew who to expect. Tony was here on time explained everything...didn't pressure me..unfortunately he couldn't fix it...expensive part on old AC. He told me the options I had...
I had literally just found out the AC is under a warranty with another co. But if that doesn't work out I'll be calling these people for a price quote. Tony was professional and personable of course we both came from N.Y....

Jordan came out to give an estimate on a new system. He was excellent! Provided multiple options, prices and packages. Hes very informative and to the point.

Chris did a good job. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. And was very patient answering all of our questions. He had come to our house once before and it was nice having that familiarity.
