One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Melbourne

Great honest service on two of my properties. Highly recommend.

So I contacted them and I specifically asked them if they serviced in wall AC units and I was told that they did made an appointment and I was here guy shows up looked at it and says no we don't do those makes no sense why did you even take my they should have said no I'm sorry we don't do those so I went back and I asked the girl that was chatting with she said no we don't service those I just didn't update so yeah thanks for wasting my time One hour and not helping least they could have done was inspect it since that was their fault.

The technician was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! Wound use this company again for sure. 10/10

After selling my house in August of 2021. I contacted them and explained. They continued to take the maintenance fee out if my
account. I had to close my bank account. They're still contacting me to set up a time to do the maintenance .and .several one hour air employees told me they one update the fact I have sold the house.but they never do.

Great company, quick and easy solutions and reasonably priced. I will continue to refer out to my clients, thank you!

Apparently "always on time" is at the expense of public safety. At roughly 17:50 today (12/06/2022), one of their drivers was flying southbound on I-95, weaving in and out of traffic, and was tailgating other drivers and me. As someone still dealing with the repercussions of being hit from behind, I am livid at how this person was driving (and likely to make their next appointment on time). I will never use this business, or any local business, that has this little respect for their community and the safety of others.

Kameron Semelroth was very professional and friendly. He told us that even though our air conditioning is very old it’s working very good. He cleaned it very good. We’re happy with their service. Today was a 6 month check up under long term service and repair agreement. Have had equipment and support from One Hour for about 9 years. Quality, value and service is always A-1. Every one of their technicians and mangers I’ve met have been very qualified and seem to have a high level of integrity and value the customer! When I experience the gold standard in any customer facing service, I become a customer for life or at least as long as they maintain the standard!
