Charlie was amazing and explained everything thorough. Had install done and the 2 technicians that came out were professional, friendly and courteous. They did an amazing job installing the unit. Definitely recommend to anyone seeking service to go through them.

My old system failed at the end of the summer and I wound up dealing with several people in the company, including Craig the owner and Tricia (?) the woman at the office. Everyone I dealt with made the process as easy as possible for me. It started with Chris that came out straight away, on Tuesday afternoon, to provide an estimate for a new system. The price of a complete replacement was pretty much the same as the estimates from 3 other local companies, however the estimate included a lot more. Comfort Express's estimate also included a complete duct cleaning and sanitization, an electronic filter (plus 2 years worth of filter insersts), a UV light inside the air handler, plus 2 years of service. The system was installed on Thursday morning. John was the installer and he was a great guy. He was very professional, thorough efficient and fast. (13 years ago, when the last system was installed, there were 3 guys here from 8am till almost 5pm, John was all by himself, started at 9:30 and was done before 3pm) He is a great guy, very personable. He was patient with all my questions and never made me feel like I was an annoying customer (even though I probably was) and very respectful of my property. When he was done, he made sure that all the trash from the install was picked up and loaded onto his truck as he was leaving. Chris came out during the install to check and make sure everything was as I expected. On Monday 2 guys came out (I'm sorry to say I don't remember their names) they too were very professional and explained everything they were doing. They removed all the vents throughout the house and made them look like they were new. They used special equipment to remove 14 years of build-up to make the duct work like new.
I Cannot stress enough how pleased I am with the work this company did. I am a very satisfied customer and so happy I went with them. I strongly recommend them. Thank you.

Spent over a 1000 dollars with a different company and nothing was done.. CJ came out and told me exactly what was needed.. ended up getting a new AC system with an upgrade. With awesome price. CJ will be my technicians from now on...
