    Charlie with Comfort Experts was on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had the A/C back up fast. He also modified the system to make maintenance easier.

    We arrived at our new home after being away for a week. In less than a half hour a very loud alarm started sounding and would not stop.
    We figured out it wasn't the security system. A neighbor said it might be a condensation line alarm in the A/C.

    We called Comfort Experts because their number was on the A/C. The support guy on the phone was a bit hard to understand, but he had the tech guy give us a call because it was 8pm, after working hours. The tech guy Josh confirmed it might be a condensation line alarm. He promised to come over in 30 minutes and he did. Within 2 minutes of entering the house he found the alarm in the filter cavity in the foyer wall and disconnected the alarm. The silence was such a relief !

    He found the root cause of the water and cleaned it up. He recommended a product to keep the pan from getting mildew because the one from the last owner had expired.

    Josh was very competent, clean, efficient, and friendly. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan because I am very happy with this service.

    We had a second repair call a month or so later. We had an appointment 2-3 hours out, but Jim was able to arrive even sooner. He spotted the failed capacitor right away. Within 15 minutes the AC was working again. I appreciate the fair pricing which is pre-printed on the bill. The maintenance program is well worth the annual fee.

    A year later and now Bobby is taking good care of us. The old AC is failing - refrigerant leaking, not efficient. Bobby presented several choices with different price points and efficiencies. We chose the middle ground and requested an Ecobee thermostat to go with it. They were ready to install it the next day or as soon as we were ready. There was no fee for the service call, it was covered under the $20/month maintenance fee. He added refrigerant to keep the AC going until the new one is installed.

    A/C went out at around 10PM-11PM last night right before this potential TS/Hurricane. I called several "24 hour service" companies and got the run around. I did however receive a call back from Charles Johnson and he was out to my home in less than 20 minutes. The guy was courteous, approachable, professional, and knowledgeable. Answered any question I had and was able to get us up and running in less than an hour. He was extremely helpful and polite to me and my wife. After dealing with the gentleman, we decided to get a membership and will most likely use the company when our unit goes for good.

    The only slight was the INSANE upcharge on the parts that were required, but that is just the company and the world we live in I suppose. This did not reflect the individual effort we got from Charles though, thanks for the help!

    I’m very much happy on how our A/C unit issue by Charlie Lloyd he did an excellent job in handling our A/C which went out after the power outage during the storm. He was super efficient, kind and really helped us out and gave us options. I can’t recommend this company highly enough for anyone needing quick, prompt and efficient A/C service. Thank you Charlie!

    This review actually covers a visit /service from last year, 2022, also. I thought I had posted it.

    We have used Comfort Experts for many years. So when my Mom’s air conditioner stopped working yesterday and her caregiver had not heard back from the company their condo association usually uses by afternoon, I called Comfort Air. The phone was answered by Angie, and she assured me they could help us. I explained that my Mom was not a regular customer and that her air had stopped working the night before(I had just found out about it). My mom(83yrs old) has multiple health issues, end stage COPD and on oxygen full time being the most concerning with temperatures rising in her home. I headed to my Mom’s immediately and it was very warm. I got a text from Comfort Experts as I arrived with Charlie Lloyd’s name and picture in the text. I knew we would be fine! Charlie has been to our home multiple times repairing things over the years. He arrived shortly and found the issue, told me what it would cost, and had it fixed in no time at all. I really appreciate how fast Comfort Experts was able to respond and fix the issue. Thank you!!!

    Jim Arnnett came out this week, he has been to our house several times over the years and taken care of us in a timely professional manner. Not only doing the normal Maintenence Plan check up, he completely checked out our outside unit for any damage from the hail storm last week. The insulation of the outside wire had taken a pretty good beating. He took care of it, also.
    Thank you for always being available to keep our house cool!
