Great service, Charles came out and figured out the problem (too much refrigerant), he drained it and refilled,but had to come back. He drained some more out and it's been working ever since.

I called because I turned on my ac I smelled afoul odor like something dead someone came out got on phone talking with someone he was asked a question if I was black or white he said black I didn’t say anything so later he said he couldn’t find anything but to turn on AC let run for few hours if smell still there then it may be animal in duct and they don’t locate dead animals I would need a animal control to locate dead animal they only do service but if ducts are damaged by animal they would repair. I don’t see where he even tried they put a brand new unit here $5,000 dollars I pay for service I ran ac smell still there this is a problem because you didn’t check the ducts why is it because I’m black?

CJ did a great job of troubleshooting our fan problem. He explained the options we had for addressing the issue and provided us with an estimate for a complete replacement of our system.

Been using Comfort Experts for years. Great company. The guys are wonderful. I have had Jim service my ac unit several times. He is very knowledgeable and honest. Awesome guy!!!

Charlie at Comfort Experts was great. Even though it was not an emergency they were fast and responsive. Charlie took the time to diagnose and give me options. I very much appreciated not getting a sales job on something I don’t really need now. It’s good to find honest and responsive service. For those looking for a good AC company - just call them now.
