Not very much response from the technician that installed the AC but he seem to do a good job. Didn’t tell me about them ordering a shroud for the space between the air conditioner in the wall.

Charlie is always professional and helpful on regular maintenance visits. This company is fair and honest.

Finally got my new AC yesterday by Comfort Experts. They had maintained my system for the past 9 years to get to this day. Excellent install team, cleaned up after the install, went above and beyond in making some changes to the placement of the outdoor unit and taught me how to program my new thermostat. Highly recommend this company and their Trane Products.

The install team did a great job rebuilding and cleaning a 15 year old system and recent periodic maintenance is extending its life. Good job by Comfort Experts!

Comfort Experts are always responsive and Jim Arnette is really knowledgeable and quick to get things going...and he's a great guy too!

Update: Jim was back this week for summer check-up and was his usual great self. Always "Comfort"ing to see him!

Charlie was the gentleman who did the maintenance before we decided to have a new A/C installed, he was thorough, knowledgeable and a pleasure.
We had Josh and John install the bew unit and thermostat, the both of them were thorough, knew what they were doing, neat.

Richard was excellent. He was on time, knowledgable, and efficient. Diagnosed the problem immediately, and had it repaired well before expected. I will def continue to use Richard and Comfort Experts for all of my HVAC needs
