Comfort experts tech Charley Lloyd was very professional, friendly, prompt, and appeared very knowledgeable during the inspection of a scheduled tune up of my A/C system. I would recommend comfort experts to others.

Charlie is friendly and professional. He has serviced my AC system 3 times now. It is nice to see a familiar face. He is an asset and the company.

We had some furnace issues later in the evening this past weekend and had a real hard time finding anyone who was willing to come out and help, including our regular hvac service in which we were a maintenance plan holder. Not only did Jim from Comfort Experts come out at 11pm, he was super knowledgeable and professional. Needless to say we will be dropping our current hvac service and going with them for all future service request!

First off, it was a routine maintenance performed by Mr. Jim Arnette whom I have known for several years. It was an excellent service rendered by a very competent, thorough, and dedicated technician.

Brian was very honest and loyal, he treated us like his own family and let us know exactly what needed to be fixed. He also recommended getting some other things fixed within our home so it’s safe for my family and wouldn’t drain our bank account in the future. We will be calling this company again and again. Comfort Experts kept me posted of the technician's arrival. The technician was very knowledgeable (really new his stuff). Really listened to my explanation of the problem and found the problem quickly. Outstanding service!!

We have had our cars worked on since we moved here. We had been on a long trip and needed things checked. They were taking days off the next week for the annual camping trip but got our car in before they left. I appreciate that so much.

Had a new A/C unit installed and had a few problems but they were always right on top of it and Jim was very professional and polite. He didn't give up and made sure everything was taken care of . I'm very happy with their services. Also a big shout out to Angie who works in the office.
