I have been living in heat for 3 weeks. I am a Diabetic and so the heat caused my blood sugars to be over 350 daily. Comfort Experts was recommended by a friend. I called them and they came out to see me immediately. Charles Lloyd, the Sales Rep, listened to our concerns, explained all our options and put us at ease. It was very easy for us to make a decision even though this was a little more costly than other companies. He immediately arranged for a portable unit to be placed in my home so I was able to sleep last night. Today they came and did the installation I am so happy. I know I will be sleeping tonight a very happy person. My unit is beautiful and my house is cool.

Charlie did a great job with my 6 month maintenance. He was good with recommendations and explanations. He even let my cat help him.

I have owned my home for 16 years and have replaced the AC system twice now. The original design had the system in the attic and on its side. My only option was a redesign and bring the system into a closet. John had a vision from the very start that he implemented. System is running great and it’s much more quiet than the last 2 systems.
This system wasn’t cheap but I can really appreciate the quality. The installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves very well. Replacing a AC system is an expensive project and one that should last for many years with little repair costs. My older cheaper systems were constantly breaking down with repair costs that in the end cost the same or more than the more expensive system.
Proof is in the pudding though so let’s see if this system is more efficient and more reliable. Will post my results in 5 years which is typically when the break down🤞🤞🤞

Only company out of the many I called that actually came past 6pm. CJ was super helpful and knowledgeable about our old AC system. It was like he was a friend the way he walked us through what the issues were and did everything he could to try to fix our old system. He also tried to get us the best overall cost for a new system because ours was 22 years old and took it's final breaths. Definitely recommend CJ for any Ac work that's needed!
