I am pleased to have had Jim at my home today to troubleshoot and service my AC system. I really appreciate that Comfort Experts called me to advise of his arrival time - and that Jim arrived right on schedule. He was very knowledgeable in his profession and of my AC system, and he didn't mind my tagging along and asking questions. He took the time to explain all that he was doing - and why. Jim is a really good teacher and a great people person. For me, he kind of put the "Comfort" in "Comfort Experts". My thanks to Jim and Comfort Experts.

Jim called ahead of time alerting us he was on his way. Good business. We've used Comfort Experts for three years and very satisfied with the quality, professionalism and friendliness of the staff. We purchased a home three years ago that needed major AC, heat and zone work. All were handled to our satisfaction.

Our tech, Bryan was on time, very open and listened to our problems. He provided great service and gave us many options based on OUR needs. He was very personable and truly wanted the best for US. He exceeded our expectations and we are now a customer for life! We couldn't have been any happier with our experience if it were another company.

Another company put our air conditioner in. A company that had been referred to me, and I was told how "honest" and "great" they are. Uh-huh. Apparently they didn't pull permits, they installed it and although the DID come back one other time, (for a fee), that was IT! They have not called me ONCE to see how it is doing, to see if it needed maintenance, or anything else. Comfort Air Experts called every few months to see if we'd like our unit checked out. And they came, today, for maintenance, but we asked a few questions, and Bryan checked several things for me, and SHOWED me the evidence of S**** 's work. Bryan did a couple of things, and they are coming tomorrow to fix EVERYTHING that other company was SUPPOSED to do. And Bryan as SUCH a nice guy. Very personable, and helpful. Showing me things, explaining things, and I never had to wonder about ANYTHING he was doing. Thank you, Bryan. and thank you Comfort Experts for not giving up, even though I had turned you down over and over. I am SO happy with the service. Thanks, everyone there.

Very happy with the service. Charlie was on time and very professional. Will not hesitate to use Comfort Experts when needed.

Bryan came out to do a routine check; he was pleasant and thorough, and stayed until everything was in perfect working order.
Update 5/19/20 Today Marvin was the technician, and he was also pleasant and efficient, and made sure everything was working well, and explained well as he went along.
Bryan was back on 9/18 to clean out all my drain lines and evaluate other problems I was having with my ductwork. As always, he had a wonderful attitude, and made sure everything was done well.

I am very happy with the service we received today on our system. Bryan Haman came on time, worked in a very organized fashion, educated me on many ways to improve the air quality in my home, was highly skilled and very professional. Well done Comfort Experts!!

My review only applies to the technician Colton. He was very nice and professional. He explained everything clearly. As for your customer service, I don’t think they schedule their technicians correctly. How can someone on-call all night be scheduled for an 8:30 am appointment with a customer. I think they need to fix this issue since as this is the 3 rd time this happened. Finally they came today. Better late than never as they say. Thank you

Charlie Lloyd came out today to deal with an emergency situation. He was thorough, friendly and competent. Hat’s off to Tracey who is always calm and reassuring . I’ve been with this company for many years. They never disappoint me. Team Craig!

I am recommending Comfort Experts to anyone who likes quality service at a fair price. My service tech, Bryan, managed my a/c repair quickly and efficiently to return my house back to normal. In addition, his friendly but focused demeanor gave me the confidence that he is at the apex of his profession, supporting the notion that Comfort Experts employs the best and takes care of it's people. I was also fit in on the same day I called for my repair, which shows me the value Comfort Experts places in taking care of people within their area of service.
