From talking to Angie to the completion of my service call I was very pleased. Angie is always so pleasant and helpful. Bryan H did a great job as did Charlie when he replaced my coil in May 2019. Your Techs are always so friendly. I want to thank Bryan so much for taking the time to explain what he was doing and what had happened as well answer my questions. A big Thank you to all of you!

Good day. I would like to express my appreciation to Comfort Experts and the excellent service team for their continuing professionalism in servicing my air conditioner. I've had several complicated issues with with my ac and with each problem the service men that have come solved each problem with knowledgeable skill and determination. Today Jim solved a breaker issue after much testing and problem solving. My thanks to him for his expertise and kindness. Our AC Stopped working. I called Comfort Experts at 4:15 PM. Their Service Engineer "Jim Arnette" arrived at 4:45PM. He quickly found the problem, replaced the Capacitor that had blown. He asked us if we wanted it topped of with Freon, which we did. He topped it off, and everything is working again perfectly. Jim was very helpful and proficient as well as being a professional at his trade. Thank you Jim. You have now got a life long customer. We will most certainly be using Comfort Experts from now on

Richard inspected the A/C, replaced the filter and cleaned the drain line. We continue to have confidence in the HVAC system and Comfort Experts.

Josh thoroughly checked the UV air sanitizer/deodorizer and replaced the burned-out bulbs. Very professional work.

Diagnosed the leaking compressor on Sunday and had a new AC installed less than 24hrs later. The cash and military discounts are appreciated and made the new system a great value.

Provide a comprehensive estimate for a mini split for my garage.

AC stopped working. Called at 8:30 pm. Bryan was here by 9:30 pm. He cleared a clogged drain line and had AC restored in 20 minutes. Can I give 6 stars for service?

Professional job. We have Comfort Experts in for A/C maintenance every six months, always satisfied with the service. Ryan was our tech today, replaced a faulty "Hard Start Kit" after he explained its function, and pan treatment (which we do each visit.) Highly recommend Comfort Experts.

Although the cost was more than we expected to repair our units, Bryan provided excellent and professional service. He explained our issues thoroughly and offered advise and a plan moving forward with our current units rather than a whole replacement. Overall, very pleased with the service. Expecting a follow up visit next week with the parts to complete the repair but in the meantime Bryan left us with air conditioning until then. Thank you for that.

Jim did a wonderful job in maintaining our air conditioning system

Charlie arrive before the appointment time which was great because we were without AC for 2 days. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had it up and running in no time. Another company I had called cancelled the day of the appointment. Comfort Air was called last minute and they accommodated us the same day stating they were available 24/7. I would definitely use these folks again.

We had two systems replaced in our home. Randy, Kevin and Damien came at the scheduled time, they worked quickly, cleaning as they went, answered probably too many questions from me and took pride in their work. They had both heat pumps and both air handlers installed, cleaned up and ready to go by 5:30. Amazing work. Great teamwork! Although they were quick, their attention to detail was amazing. They made sure the systems way sealed up, no air leaks, checked the system’s throughly and would not leave until they were satisfied both systems were 100%. I’ve been selling HVAC’s for 20 years with a big box retailer. I selected Comfort Experts because of their past preventive maintenance service on the old systems. Honest, fair and professional. A few months ago they installed two Hard Start kits in both of my old heat pumps. Kevin, sewing they were new, asked if he could install these on the new systems. He did not need to do that.. that is the kind of service I have come to know from Comfort Experts. I could not be happier with the respect my team took with regards to my home and the professional installation. Great experience and I would recommend Comfort Experts to anyone who needs service or an new system.

Once again great work. Traveling and noticed my system went off line on Nest. Called and they responded quickly and took care of the problem. Amazing people, amazing service. Never disappoint
