Jim did a great job as he always does. He was friendly, personable, and very professional. This was just a check-up so that he was thorough and quick . He took time to clean everything out just for routine maintenance. He also gives good advice about other products or services, without being pushy. We remember Jim from when we were having a lot of trouble with our air conditioning and Comfort Experts did a great job taking care of us.

New system was installed January 2021. Joshua was our service tech today. He was very courteous and informative. Semi-annual inspection completed with no issues found with system. Joshua did find that a shroud had not been placed at the time of installation. He placed s service order for this to be done.outstanding service by Joshua. We will request him for future visits.

Hope he returns for the next a/c service, although all of the service people have been excellent, and glad I bought the service contract.
