Our old, dying, AC unit was in desperate need of replacement. After contacting several AC companies in the area for estimates we selected Extreme Air & Electric as the vendor to purchase from & install our new AC unit. We selected them because of their history of excellent customer service based upon the many positive reviews we found on google. To start, their sales person Chris was prompt, courteous and spent time with us discussing our needs and wants. He really worked to provide us with an affordable estimate that would meet our air and heating needs. The scheduling process was easy and the installation crew arrived promptly as scheduled. They were able to remove the old unit, build the new stands and install the new units all in one day. They cleaned up everything and left the area better than they found it and even painted the new AC stand in the garage! They took the time to test everything and the other Chris explained and demonstrated the operation of the new thermostat. I can't complement them enough on their professionalism and would give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this company and will use them for our annual maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with Robert. Outstanding in every way. Joy to talk to as well. Keep him onboard! He was a bit early and diagnosed the problem in minutes. Had the part on the truck. Installed, tested the system, and was in his way in short order. Cool house again. Thank you!

Since I trust these techs have been well trained on the system I called them for this repair - AC stopped running…inside temp was up to 84 (since another company I called already spent 4 hours analyzing what they thought was the problem…and was going to order a new circuit board, again more time, I wasn’t confident in them so I declined letting them make the repair which they would have wanted $600 for). Ken arrived and had the system running in less than an hour. Without the need to order a new part! Already dropping to 79 in less than 30 minutes.

Josh was very prompt and professional. He was very efficient and knowledgeable when our AC stopped working as much in July 2023. He gave us realistic info with realistic pricing. Id recommend him and this company to anyone in Brevard county.

Sheldon was the technician that came for my last 2 services and he was prompt, polite, courteous and explained everything in detail. I was very happy with there service our ac unit was in bad shape and they filled it up with Freon to keep my house cool until they came to install a new ac unit we had a technician by the name of RAY who was very professional and easy to talk to you can tell he was very knowledgeable answered all of our questions really nice guy I would definitely recommend this company

I just wish I had started with Extreme Air to begin with. Anthony showed up quickly and let me know he was on his way and included his photo. He gave me a second opinion that was comprehensive, professional and intelligent. I will definitely be a customer of theirs going forward. Everyone I spoke to (Rebekah, Monica and Chris) couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. So refreshing. I look forward to working with them in the future.

We called yesterday when our Remi Halo wasn’t working properly and they came out today. Robert was amazing…communicative, professional, on time, and friendly. He fixed it and actually cleaned up the outside of the unit and tie wrapped all the wires, removing old tape etc and it looks amazing. He waited to make sure it was working before he left. Anymore, It’s hard to find a business that cares like Extreme Air and Electric. We have used them for the last three years. Always attentive. Thanks Robert for going above and beyond

We have the annual maintenance plan with Extreme. They always call to remind us it's time, which is very nice of them considering the service is already paid! I look forward to seeing Josh every year. He is professional, courteous and has had some great 'pro-tips' over the years for ways to make our monthly maintenance easier.
