I use Extreme for all of my electrical work, John is the pro that works on my generator and any electrical work. He is the ultimate in responsibility and communication. Ken did my recent AC yearly check and service. He was also on time, prepared, knowledgeable, communicated well, and did a great job.

Very pleased with the work done by John Little, the electrician. He was on time, very professional, very friendly, worked efficiently, and explained the work he was doing. On several tasks of our list, he offered options and details for which we greatly appreciate. He provided estimates on two more projects in our home and noted that if we decided to go forward with them, he would be assigned to us again as is the policy of Extreme Air & Electric LLC. Extreme AC installed a new AC for us about a year ago. Everything has gone great. I’ve spoken to one of the managers Joey several times and he’s went out of his way to make sure I’m happy with any issues I’ve had. And the tech I usually get Robert is friendly and always explains what is going on.

Josh arrived early, after calling and was gracious to wait a few minutes as I was not home when he arrived. After my husband explained what was happening w/our mini split system he ran several diagnostic tests to determine what was wrong and said it should all be covered under warranty. He was very friendly, efficient and said he'd be back to install the new parts once they came in.

Technician tried to charge me twice as much as what my next door neighbor was charged for the same repair on an identical unit. My neighbor paid $200 to have a capacitor replaced. The technician initially quoted me $503 (included additional $81 Freon charge). I ended up paying $397. The office manager said there was a 20% increase in price - which means I still paid $69 more than the increased price for the same replacement! But I am Black and my neighbor is white so I guess that makes it okay.

My nine-year-old A/C failed. Although Extreme Air was not my original supplier, they understood my need. They responded in a fast professional manner. The friendly voice during my initial call for help, showed concern, and offered options for a personal visit by a technical consultant. The next day Chris Decker came, did a complete evaluation of the split system (half on the roof) and defined in detail systems offered by Trane. With his expert consultation we designed my new A/C. Within a few days two experienced men, Chris and Reese, came to install my new Trane system. In one day, Chris and Reese, directed the crane to fly the new hardware up to the roof of our eight-story condo, removed all the old and installed the new equipment. Thank you Extreme team. An A plus experience. Five Star all the way.

Extreme Heating & Air is the only AC/Heat company we have used and will ever use. We used them for our old AC system, purchased a new one through them; they installed it, the thermostat & new ducts. Now they come out annually for preventative maintenance. Every tech has been knowledgeable, helpful, & friendly. Extreme Air & Heat is simply the best in Brevard.
