This is the fourth HVAC system I've had installed in various properties. All by different contractors.
Hands down Extreme Air and Electric won the competition for value and service.

I needed bids on replacing electric panels based on whether I installed a new water heater or On Demand (requiring upgraded service)
They coordinated with the plumber so I could make a decision (I went with the upgrade).

Then I needed the A/C system replaced and I wanted the condenser (outside unit) to be whisper quiet because it sat right next to a deck. Its QUIET. VERY quiet. I'm ecstatic.

This may not be a big deal to most people but I'm a nitpick about the thermostat and I'd forgotten to address that. The one that got installed met all of my requirements and had a bonus feature.

Little details matter to me and Extreme Air and Electric got everything right and at a competitive price.

Robert has worked on my system before & I am happy to have had him back. This visit was to clean the interior fan units (totally gross) & check the exterior unit in my Mini Split HVAC. Always professional & right on time with a text alert when he's on the way. He did a great job & even moved furniture back when he finished. Awesome!

Ken and Josh came out within hours of my call. They found that the capacitor on my AC unit needed replace. They changed it out within an hour along with checking other components. Fast, friendly and most importantly, I am able to cool down in this hot May weather. So far, this is the best company in Brevard county Florida!

Had to hire Quality Comfort Air because this company showed up with no parts to get unit up and running. They had plenty of time to order parts as the other company came within two hours of me calling them to resolve the issue. Quality Comfort Air is also installing a new AC unit which has been a good experience. This company just took my 125.00 and provided lip service.

My service tech was Ken Walters. He has serviced my 2 AC units twice now over the last few yrs and in both cases I was very impressed with his work. (Someone else from extreme air came out last year. We had a situation yesterday where one of the units was on the lower end of the scale on refrigerant. An easy way to check if it was leaking would have been to look at last years report. Unfortunately we could not verify what it was at last year because the other tech either did not check it OR did not fill it out on the forms. Careless! Suppose partly my fault for not looking at the report docs before yesterday when i was curious to find out. For a company that's on the higher end of the cost for routine maintenance, this is unacceptable. I certainly expect much better from Extreme air as i have been using them for over 10 yrs now) Anyhow....
Ken is very thorough, meticulous and does his job extremely well. He also explains each "finding" in detail along with options on how to address it. Moving forward I will be requesting Ken for any of my routine maintenance needs to make sure i'm getting everything that im paying for!

Recently my AC was not working. I contacted Extreme Air & Electric. The company immediately sent out their technician Anthony Eurick.
