They came out to my home the same day and gave me a quote to put in the unit that had just broken earlier that evening. Their price was reasonable and the customer rep was outstanding. The team that came out and did the installation did such an amazing job they even repainted where the handler sat and even put some beautiful trim around it and all. I asked them to move the compressor outside to the side of the house they did that for me with no extra charge and it looks amazing all the lines are completely tucked on way cannot be tripped over everything was just done so well. The larger unit I can already tell it's doing so much better in the house and the undersized unit we had The knowledge they had for informing us what product we should get and the reasonable prices just made this a great experience and I'm so glad to have a new AC unit in my home and I'm so glad I chose them

Extreme Air & Electric was a great choice for me and my girlfriend by far. We moved into an old house with outdated electrical panel and outlets and were in a very bad position.

After a botched install of a panel , by my girlfriends masterful DIY'er father, Extreme Air & Electric send Sheldon out who was able to figure out our problems and offer a solution in a matter of only a couple days compared to another company we went to that scheduled us for service and then called the day of the appointment to let us know they didnt have the parts and it would be another WEEK of waiting without being able to plug our computers in due to ungrounded outlets and a bad panel.

That same day I canceled with the other company and called Extreme Air & Electric who had sheldon out to get us up and running in literally TWO DAYS compared to the TWO WEEK wait that we were going to have to deal with elsewhere.

And the best part?? They did it for almost the same price except offered a much better job!

Sheldon was able to get us up and running immediately and scheduled us for him to come out and put some finishing touches on the job which he is here finishing now!

Overall I am very pleased with the job and the customer service provided by the secretary's of Extreme Air & Electric,

And most of all, thank you to Sheldon for helping us figure out exactly what our problem was and how we could fix it for the most affordable way possible.

I called in to order some air filters. The lady on the phone was very polite. She mentioned needing to speak with the warehouse about inventory. She called me back within an hour, saying they had the filters in stock. I will use Extreme Air & Electric for my AC and electrical needs in the future.

Anthony did an excellent job! I particularly like the fact that he is always my technician. He is familiar with the HVAC systems and can efficiently service the units. He is knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.

We had a wonderful experience with Extreme Air! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Our AC stopped blowing cold air at our townhouse we just purchased and we called Extreme Air. They did not install the unit but they came highly recommended, so I called them. The AC needed a new coil, which turned out to be on backorder from the Lenox manufacturer. Rebecca kept in constant contact with me for over 2 months while we waited for the part to come in. She worked very hard with the field rep and supplier as there was no timeline on when the part would be in. We were also very impressed with the technician, Robert. His work is impeccable. Not only did he install the new coil, he removed the old, messy work from the other company that installed the AC originally. It looks so much better! And he was a very polite, quiet worker that cleaned up after her was finished. I will definitely call them again in the future.

Super happy and impressed with Extreme Air. Great service and excellent quality. Anthony went above and beyond to make sure our system was serviced and functioning properly.

We were very satisfied with Robert. He was very pleasant and thorough. I feel Robert is an asset to Extreme Electric. Please send him my way if we have any problems in the future.

I used Extreme Air and Electric for an addition on my house. They did the electric and A/C. Sheldon did the electrical work. He was courteous, prompt and hardworking. He did an amazing job and ran all the electric lines in an organized manner. The panel looked super clean too. He would always check to make sure the work was done according to the plans and to my preference if he wasn't sure or it wasn't in the plans. Very happy with the end results.

Update: we just had Ken Walters perform annual maintenance on our now two year old a/c system. We are thrilled with its performance, our comfort level in our home and the efficiency of the unit. We are very happy with the choice we made and Extreme’s continued great service.

We just had our new Trane 18 seer air conditioner installed by Extreme. We got estimates from several companies. Their salesman, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. When we complimented him on the thoroughness of his presentation, he commented that he had previously been an installer and service manager. Then when it came to installing our system, the two man crew were efficient, replacing our old Frankenstein mismatched system, with a Trane State of the art system and cleaned up everything after themselves. We love our new system. It is quiet, efficient and everything we hoped it would be.
