They showed up during the period they scheduled me for. Professional and friendly tech. When my system needed a part, the owner of the company left the office, went to the parts company and brought it to my house for the tech to install. I very pleased with the service. Fan motor was expensive but I can't really fault Extreme for the price of parts. I highly recommend them.

In March of 2020 we had to replace all the duct work with our HVAC system. Josh, Ray and Reese arrived on time, very precise and completed the work within a very regulated time frame. Hands down would highly recommend their service and employees. Thank you!!!

The technician Josh was here within 15 minutes of there 2 hour window. He was professional. My 3 kids where bouncing all around and screaming. He didn't show any signs of be annoyed. He diagnosed the problem and told us rhe part reps would get in touch with us for when they will have the part and when we can install it.
When i called and told the receptionist my air wont turn off but feels warm she said lets try not to have another hot night. Very nice customer service all around.

We are on our second American standard system. Our system had been down for five months when Robert came out to give it a diagnostic. Robert was friendly and very informative. He gave me information that I didn’t have and that was very useful to my situation. Not everybody takes the time to educate people on little things that make a big difference. Their prices are fair and affordable. They returned my calls promptly.
