The service technician was very polite and informative about our air conditioner needs.I would definitely call them again, he answered so many of my questions and concerns I had on the ac unit. They recharged my Freon lines and ran my condensate line different to flow better from unit. A very professional run business.

Outstanding customer service, the two technicians arrived on time and in less than 5 hrs they had removed my old unit and installed a new one! With Ray, Robert, Randy, or Johnny at your job site, you can step back and relax. They are intelligent and will take care of everything in a professional and friendly fashion. They will also fix anything weird that pops up.

Also, Extreme has friendly staff to make sure things get scheduled and run smoothly. I have had numerous installs with many companies for AC and electric. Get your itemized quotes because it's the smart thing to do. They will be somewhere in the middle. Don't stress. These are the guys you want.
