Anthony was on time and a amazing person. He was patient with me and told me everything he was doing while I watched him. Fantastic employee!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this service. I have no experience with central air. I called this morning and they came to my house this afternoon. The technician was phenomenal. He checked everything, explained what he was doing, replaced some parts and even vacuumed up the water from my clogged drain. He also gave me some maintenance tips. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call on them again.

Robert Dibenedentto and Trainee were the best. They were very good with customer service. They made sure that we understood what they were doing and left us feeling very good about our system and they are an excellent asset to this company. We look forward to them working with us again.

Extreme Air and Electric has knowledgeable, professional, friendly service techs who go above and beyond. This morning Josh Sullivan was the service tech and he explained three different recommendations— two were no cost just this is how it works and what you should do —and showed us photos of the readings and explained what they meant, as well as how we could save money down the road. He did a great job of maintaining our system and we were so glad that he came this morning to keep things purring at our home.

We have had several repairs by Extreme Heat in the past 6 weeks on 2 different systems. The technicians have been on-time, knowledgeable, and professional. Today they came out right before the storm which we really appreciated.

We have used Extreme air and electric many times. We have always received fast service at very reasonable prices. Just recently our air conditioner quit working because it wasn’t draining properly. Anthony came over and showed us how to blow out our system and told us that we need to do it more on a regular basis. He was very patient, professional and did an outstanding job. We really appreciate the service that we get at extreme air and electric.

Had a concern with my AC and called extreme and Anthony came the next day and checked it out and resolved all my concerns. Timely n efficient thanks.

The 2 technicians did a great job. This was a great choice to go with from the sales to install. now just will need to see how well the warranty is on the parts and labor going down the road. installed 4/21
