Sean the supervisor came out to do a follow-on inspection of my unit in Palm Bay. He found that the unit did in fact have a problem, pin pointed the issue, and adjusted my system to meet my family’s comfort. I really appreciate Sean for coming out and acting in great professionalism and expertise. I can now say I would recommend Del-Air and anyone from Sean’s team to service your HVAC

I recently had issues with my AC unit and felt it was on the way out. I had chunks of rusted metal on my filters, the motor sounded like it was crying in pain, the ducts had what looked like mold seeping out. It was a hot mess. I could have gotten it fixed but it was a 15 year old undersized system in Florida and on its way out so I did not want to waste my money or take chances.
I called several companies for an estimate on a replacement system. Some didn't bother to return my call (its been hot). With the others I received estimates ranging from $9k to 20k for a 3.5 ton unit. I also needed to move my unit to a different location (away from my dryer vent). The lower estimate was for a brand I would not consider. One company critisized the install of my current unit then looked at the permit and realized it was installed by them. Oops. The highest estimate was for a very similar system. I asked the higher one for a detailed estimate trying to understand why he was so high and he gave me a listing of all the things that come with the unit as if he was doing so much. Smh. This is my third system I needed to buy in my life and specs changed but not that much that I was going to be taken for a ride. I had to do a lot of research! It was evident these companies thought I was a dumb broad. Disgusted, I decided to try one more company. Del -Air was it.
I made an appointment and Jeremy came out. He was quick and I didn't think he was going to give me a good estimate because he was so fast. He emailed it right over with a couple of choices and a link with detailed information on each system. I was very happy. I realized the other companies talked my ears off because they were trying to sell me a financial nightmare. Jeremy was very honest and worked with all my questions (I had many). I went with their financing company and got a decent rate. If I pay it off early, no penalty and I can pay towards the principal. Some others charge for that or if you pay off early you still have to pay all the interest they calculated in the beginning. Oh no!! With all that settled they made an appointment for the install and came on time. I didn't have a long wait either.
I had Sam and Desmond as my installers. They were professional and man they were working hard in this Florida sun. They did what I think was a good job. I had one minor issue and it was immediately resolved by Dave.
I highly recommend Del-Air. My most important rating points are honesty, not trying to take advantage, good customer service, efficiency, professionalism and of course knowledge. 5 stars across the board!! Thanks guys. I really appreciate the great service and I am confident that it will last though time

My AC at home stopped cooling. Called Del-Air for assistance, within 4 hours I had a tech on site and unit fixed in minutes... Tech double checked if all is working good and system all around for issues. Now the best part... it was SUNDAY!!! Try to find better service than that!!!

Anthony arrived early after I got a call that there was a cancellation. It quickly diagnosed the problem, a failed capacitor, replaced it and was completely done all within 20 minutes. Outstanding service, thank you!

Purchased a new system from them in April 2022 for my upper level and had a very good experience, so when my lower level unit quit working last week they were the ones I called. Plus it was time for the annual inspection on my other unit. The service guy came out and got my old unit working but he said it wouldn't last long and should be replaced ASAP. He also did the annual maintenance on the new unit but didn't update the maintenance records in the thermostat or leave any paperwork stating that the maintenance service had been preformed. Then the Sales guy called to confirm my appointment and ask what type of unit I was looking for? I told him I was wanting a Trane unit to pair up with the one I bought last year. He told me that they no longer sold Trane systems. I said okay, I would still consider seeing what he had to offer. He then called me back a half hour later saying that he had noticed that the service technician got my old unit back up and running for now and the other customers he needed to visit had no AC at all so he wanted to focus on them and reschedule me for the next day. I agreed though I thought it was a little unprofessional, he really seemed reluctant to drive all the way to me from Orlando every time I had spoken with him. It gave me a chance to call around and find a more local company that could get me a matching Trane system like I wanted, and that's exactly what I did. It's getting installed tomorrow.
Sorry guys, you lost a sale due to no longer selling Trane and for having salesmen pushing people off.

Technician Derek (hopefully I got his name right), is a very nice guy, friendly, knowledgable, and patient. He explained everything in detail, to include answering all my questions about the issue with my AC, and provided some helpful recommeendations. He took the time to ensure everything was working properly prior to his departure. Thank You Derek for replacing the dual capacitor, cleaning drain and pan and getting my system up and running properly. You're an awesome dude! Thanks for the great service!!

My HVAC system stopped working and I called and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. The technician came out on time and was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. The service charge was fair ($99) and I plan to sign up for the maintenance plan based off my experience.

I got an appointment the same week I called. They called to let me know when the technician was on his way and the time estimate was spot on. Anthony finished the tuneup on time and made sure I got the discount from the card they sent. DelAir installed my AC unit in 2018 and I wouldn't have anyone else!

First. I have a maintenance contract for which I should be reimbursed. The tech. Didn't come on time.
Also, looked at the unit and couldn't do anything because the warehouse was closing and didnt have the parts.
Kevin-Told me that the salesman was to come to give an estimate for the new compressor but didn't get here.the paperwork informed the tech that the unit was on the way out.
So neither employee did anything. Nor did I get a follow up call.
The general price quote was twice the price of the one quoted by another company.
I will not be returning or recommending this company to anyone.

Gave a time frame of anything after 12 but did not show up until after 5. Then the technician that came out took a part out and did not put it back saying we did not need .
