Teddy was our technician he called prior to arrival and was on time. He came in and assessed the ac unit and performed the necessary testing and maintenance that was required. He answered all of our questions about the thermostat and asked if we had any other questions before he left. One more thing we appreciated was that he wore the dust booties while working in the house. Small detail big impact. We will definitely go with Del Air in the future. Thanks

worst service I have ever seen. Arrived at site without contacting me . Second appointment showed up at 8:30 to tell me that there is a diagnostic fee. Did not diagnose anything just switched the on and off button. Played around the area. Then told me I need maintenance. Did not explain what kind of maintenance, or the problem. Just insisted that I sign his pad. No one explained to me what their policy is. They just ignored every directive and kept repeating that I need a maintenance. Sounded like a big scam . The tech was incompetent in both ability to fix problem as well as the verbal communication. Never ever had such a horrible experience ever. Do not ever call them. All they wAnt is money NO SERVICe.

Unprofessional. Aggressive. Overpriced. The techs must work on commission because every time I’ve called they were the most expensive and always said the repair was going to cost a lot and instead I needed a new unit. Last yr I called Quality Air and instead of the new unit Del Air said I had to have immediately, I spent $225 and got another year with the same unit! Electric bill is still $125 for 3K sq home.

Yesterday I couldn’t remember the name Quality Air for nothing in the world and I called Del Air. MISTAKE#1 This time they sent a young kid who was polite in the beginning. He told us he could get the house cooled again with the cost totaling about $200. I was surprised but thrilled. Later he shows me the system and explains why I need to get a new unit. I surprised him when I said I would call the sales dept to price one. That was MISTAKE #2

He goes out for a long while and then comes back and says the de-icing he said was no cost is now a cost because it isn’t working even though my boyfriend and I were looking at completely defrosted coils. He said there are 2 parts needed in the outside unit and maybe one on the inside and it’s going to cost about $500 plus “more than likely when I leave it’s going to stop working”! So I said what’s my alternative because now the house is 83 degrees?He said most people just run the fan and Del Air installs a new one!!

We told him to do the repairs and that’s when this little boy became aggressive. No more yes’m. He became confrontational with me and when I asked him if everything was alright, he took a nasty tone. I asked to speak to his supervisor but instead he walked off and called him. Rick was his name. He angrily and incorrectly summarized the events to Rick and then hung up. By then my son had arrived and Matthew the tech was furious and enraged. I had him call Rick back and I talked to him. While talking to him, I could see Matthew provoking my son. Rick was absolutely useless and when I told him what was happening and I told him the situation was no longer tenable for his tech to be in my home and I was stopping the call, he had the audacity to ask me if I wanted him to have new sales come out!!! At that point I kicked Matthew out of my house! I’m not going to have a thug come to my home and stand in my property and threaten me or my family. My boyfriend asked him to at least but the cover back on the unit outside and take his bucket etc with him, this DelAir employee preferred to provoke and threaten my son and disrespect my boyfriend. While cleaning up the mess your employee left my boyfriend cut both of his hands and needed medical attention.

I called Duron Smith immediately after and they was there within the hour. Total cost was $199 and my home is a cool 74 degrees. I WILL NEVER EVER CALL DELAIR. I just gave you at least 2 ACs companies that are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and won’t try to rip you off....Duron Smith and Quality Air

Had 2 appointments, no one showed up or called for either to cancel I called after the first appointment and was told the technician called and came to the door but no one answered. I have a dog that barks when someone is at the door and a Ring door bell with motion sensor. I also work from home close to the front door. Nothing indicated anyone had come to the house. No record of a phone call either. Called and rescheduled for the next day and another no show.

Not the cheapest folks around, but could well be the best. Matt has been out service tech several times now and he simply knows what he is doing. He is clean, quick and effective!

Technician was great but dispatch never told me about a fee, so I felt a little blindsided by that. I had to set the appointment twice because the first guy that said he would never put me in the system

I have a health issue concerning the heat here in Florida. When I contacted Del-Air on 08/15/2018 and asked them for a cost estimate on replacing my dying A/C system. Well, if they didn't do it I would not believe it if I heard it. The 'it' is Del-Air got everything approved, installed and up an running in 7 days (about 8 hours, only on the A/C installation). Thanks Del-Air. My worries over the heat are over now. As for the Del-Air technicians, Mark and Guillermo, they were fantastic. They answered my questions and explained the importance of proper maintenance program to a problem free system. Mark did such a great job in my garage installing the Air Handler system and stand, now I have to clean my garage to make it match Marks work. Guillermo installed the condenser unit outside and the way in which he installed the unit and insulated the copper and electrical lines from exterior damage by encasing the lines inside a piece of 4 inch conduit pipe and burying on end deep enough into the ground to keep it place for a long time to come.
