I have used Del-air for over 25 years since my first unit was installed in 1995 in Orange County, I subscribe to the annual maintenance program and have preventative service 2x a year. When I moved to Brevard in 2008 I had del air install a new unit here as well in 2 different houses. Great service, on time and dependable.

The technician was outstanding an was very professional. ... regarding your message center I was very upset.. when I made the appointment yesterday turns out today they had no record of appointment. .....but today got it straighten out.

Del-Air came out on 9/18 and replaced my AC condenser because of a leak. This repair cost me $890 (not including the fee to find and confirm a Freon leak - another $135) and now the system is no longer cooling my home on 9/21. Not satisfied at all and very unhappy with this company so far. Only reason I called - they installed the unit in my new home!
Still waiting for the area supervisor to get me on the schedule to find out what is going on.

This company is fantastic! I scheduled maintenance and they spent hours at my home meticulously servicing and cleaning every single component of my system. I am beyond pleased and will use them from now on!

Our A/C went out last night. When I called this morning I was told someone would be here today and would call 1/2 hr before.

The serviceman was professional, thorough and left everything clean.

He also wore a mask for our protection.

My brother Jon Dixon wrote a review describing my experience with this company. I am following up on that review to inform you that my A/C is once again not working. It is a cold day out side and my A/C isn't even able to cool down my home. The compressor outside has once again stopped running. This will be the 6th time I will have to call Del-Air to have someone come to fix my A/C in a brand new home with a "brand new" A/C unit. I spoke with a Marty Kamens on the phone prior to this issue who assured me my A/C would be working properly after they checked it out and the they would extend my Warranty on labor by another year. I accepted at the time however I have revived no confirmation via email or mail that they have extended my warranty. Due to my experience with this company I would not recommend them to install or service your A/C or heating system. The employees are nice and courteous however the service I have received on my A/C is far form adequate.

Lucked out. The technician was Willie Mullens.
No one wants their A/C unit down but if you have an issue Willie is the man to have. Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help. IMO their best representative.
