Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

We've had Del-Air service our Air Condition system for the past 5 years. I greatly appreciate the fact that they call when service is due so that I don't forget to schedule the maintenance on the system - since this is the case we have not had any breakdowns whatsoever in this 5-year time period. Also, each of the serviceman representing Del-Air have been knowledgeable, thorough, and personable.

Matt our technician is the bomb! We were scheduled today for service between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM. HOWEVER, he showed up at 8:25! A very courteous and professional technician, he found our problem and fixed it promptly. In addition, he explained the problem and the necessary solutions in a clear and concise manner. Del-Air will always be our GO TO HVAC company!

Very polite & thorough during maintenance of my AC. Perfect timing with cooler weather coming. He checked the heat & did great job cleaning up. Even had patience with my dog who wanted to play the entire time.

We've used Del-Air for over 18 years. We have them come out every 6 months for preventative maintenance. Our compressor stopped working one night this summer, we called them, and they answered the phone! They were out before lunch the next day and fixed the problem. One little part, no up-selling. We're super happy with them.

The technician was courteous, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what caused my problem and the steps he would take to fix it. He took care of everything in a timely manner and saved me from future costly repairs.

Except for one negative experience with a technician in 2018, we have always been happy with Del-Air. After we contacted Del-Air about the technician in 2018, the service manager sent out another technician to re-check our system, so they made sure that we were taken care of. We know our unit is old since we had to pay for an expensive part in 2018. However, we were told that the new part would keep the unit running for 5-6 more years. The reason for 4 stars is the technician this year told us that the unit was running fine after he was finished and didn't mention anything else. On his report that was e-mailed to us, however, he stated that the unit is old and would no longer be manufactured after 2019 and we should consider buying a new unit. It would have been nice if he had told us that face to face. We plan to move within the next 2-3 years and expect the unit to last until then based on the $3,000+ part we had replaced in 2018. We're concerned about the inconsistent messages and reports from different technicians that service our unit, and what the actual truth is regarding the system.

Your tech (Robert) was on time, friendly and very professional. His inspection and evaluation of the entire AC/Heating system was meticulous and thorough. Since this unit was unused for some time, he was very careful to really give it a fine tooth comb eval. I trust Del-Air with all my AC/Heating service needs. I have already referred Del-Air to all my family and friends and will continue to do so. I previously had another service company and I found out what a mistake it was. Del-Air sets the standard for exceptional service from the customer service deck to the responding technician.
