A brand new house and a brand new A/C unit should not need the installer to be called back 5 different times before the unit and A/C system function correctly. My brother closed on a house built here in Melbourne last week. Del Air was picked as the contractor to install the air conditioning system. Before the house was closed on, Del Air had to be called back two times to fix their newly installed A/C unit. They assured everyone that the A/C would not malfunction again after closing. The house was closed on, and less than a week later the Air Conditioner has stopped working again. They have sent technicians twice and both times have been unable to resolve the issue. Del Air has clearly installed a non functioning unit or performed a substandard job during setup. This is the service provided by Del Air. Currently the unit is still not functional. I would strongly recommend using any other company to install your A/C systems.

technician was polite and explained everything that needed to be done and showed me what the problem was. my ac handler motor was broken. he cleaned pan, fan and cked all was working before he left.much appreciated.

The repair technician are outstanding however I had issues with customer telephone representative. I was on the phone over 40 minutes. They rep kept saying wait and wait. That component needs improvenent

Courteous and efficient service to my HVAC

On 8/6/2018 at approx. 12:45pm I was traveling south onto Fiske Blvd with my 16mth old in the back seat and Del Air Truck #910 Tag #CICV30 cut into my right lane and ran me off of the road, there was an amazing man traveling behind me in in his truck who witnessed the incident and pull over to make sure I was ok. Although, I was a bit shaken up, however the truck driver NEVER stopped, he kept going, I called the Del Air office multiple times and was transferred to speak to Dave and was sent to a voicemail and NEVER got a call back. I am grateful for the gentleman who was kind enough to stop and assist me and I am grateful to him!! Del Air drivers are wreckless.

Del-Air answered promptly! Technician (Willie M.) was also prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Del-Air for new AC units and providing preventative maintenance (PM). Also, I will use the same technician for future PM service(s).
