Unfortunately our AC went out on a Sunday morning. I called Del-Air and left a message that was promptly returned. Randy our technician worked diligently to resolve our issue and provided us with updates throughout his visit. Thank you Del-Air for your service on a Sunday and sending us a pleasant and professional technician!

It's almost been a week and we are melting in here.I've been reading all these great reviews,and I've been trying to put this off until they fix my AC so I can give a great review.they've been here 3 tines,and we are STILL waiting for someone to do us right.please you guys get back with my wife.(Susan Reel),it's 86 degrees in here.I'm not in good health.we've been waiting for a supervisor to call her back.we've spent $300 already and we have the warranty.come on,do something so I can make this a good review and a happy ending.SUCCESS!! Happy ending,they fixed us up.thank you DEL-AIR.another satisfied customer.

My compressor was not working and the capacitor was replaced. There was not much to do, the guy was really friendly and good to work with him.

Called on Thursday, 8/6 and scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon 8/8. On Friday we received a call asking if we were able to move the appointment to 8am Saturday morning and we said sure. We waited all day and no one arrived or called. We called on Monday 8/10 and were told the technician went to the wrong house. It seems a little far fetched since everyone, especially businesses, have GPS availability. Also, there was no follow up from the office. We rescheduled the appointment for 3pm on Monday the 10th and again waited with no technician or call from the office. That’s two strikes. We’re more than a little skeptical to give them another chance.

Teddy was very polite and professional. He explained and showed exactly what was wrong. He also suggested options for maintenance that Del-Air provides. Although they didn't have part to fix but for him to tell me its ok to run the ac until part gets order was the best news. This house was hot. It's great to be treated with respect about something I have very little knowledge of. Really would like to put a big shout out to Teddy. Thank you Del-Air for having people like Teddy. Great & knowledge people equals great company.

Have used them a few times now and the trxks are always on time and professional. They take the time to explain what they are doing or did and always check the entire system not just what they are Gere for, just in case.
