Outstanding service! I called Del-Air to report a concern with my A/C system. After listening to my problem they scheduled a tech to visit the next day. Since I am scheduled to have annual maintenance performed on my system soon, they decided to schedule that work to be done at the same time. The tech was very respectful and extremely thorough during his visit. Now my system is running smooth!

Willie did a great job checking my system over to ensure the correct diagnosis. Freon was required in excess of what he had on his truck after a busy day. So a nearby technician was routed to his location with additional freon. The job was done very quickly, professionally and priced very reasonably. I will certainty call Del Air for further maintenance or repair

Very thorough on our A/C preventative maintenance.
Very polite technician and explained what he was doing when I asked. Checked our unit completely and found a flow switch not working which was still under warranty so he replaced for us. Appointment lasted a little over an hour so he took the time and did the job right. Pleased so far with their service

We have a Del Air unit through Adams Homes. We have had to use them a few times before and our unit is only about 1.5 years old. I called today because our unit stopped working again and was hung up on by whoever answer the phones. I really wish we did not have this unit through Del Air- we've never been super thrilled with the service we receive.

Called Del-Air for a problem with my year old air conditioning unit. They came out the same day. They sent TWO very knowledgeable & experienced technicians. They were able to diagnose the problem and replace the part that day. They were also happy to let me watch them while they fixed the unit, and explained to me each step. Sadly neither the part nor labor were covered under warranty but their prices were both reasonable and competitive. Iā€™m seriously considering using them for regular maintenance.

Del-Air is the BEST. We have used Del-Air for 6 years and can say only good things about the business. It is a smooth running business with intelligent employees. The technical staff are so polite and well trained. They are on time and do not leave a mess. We had them install our 2 new units in 2017 and also contract for servicing every 6 months. I only wish we had heard about Del-Air 30 plus years ago.

The owner knows how to treat employees.

NO CALL, NO SHOW - in most companies this would get you fired. What good is prepaying for a service plan if your business and personal time are not respected or appreciated? Congratulations Del air you just lost a customer.
