I have used these guys for a few years and have always been very impressed. I don’t write many reviews… But this team deserves it. They are responsive, they have done repairs quickly and efficiently and very reasonably. I’ve signed up for the annual air conditioning service plan which is very reasonable and it has covered almost every expense I’ve had on multiple properties. Also, huge kudos to Matt and Dan who fixed my AC this week very quickly and efficiently.

This company was the absolute best! They gave me a fair priced estimate to replace my air conditioner unlike the other companies I got quotes from. They did a great job installing it. They also went above and beyond by cutting down the bushes around my neighbors air conditioner free of charge so it would work better. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our AC was original to our house, 2006. It was on its last life for about 2 years. I called for an estimate and they scheduled Brian to come out. He showed up on time and was professional and listened to what I asked. He gave me answers and explained so that I would understand. We just wanted the newer version of the carrier we already had. He was able to accommodate moving the outside unit down a few feet since it was in front of our bedroom window. Our install was scheduled 3 weeks out due the fact that the air handler wasn’t in stock. It wasn’t a big deal to us because we still had AC. Brian kept in contact letting me know if they had gotten it or had a cancellation. The day of the installation Chris and JT showed up at 8:15 and got right to it. They were extremely sweet, especially answering my 3 year old son’s every question about what they were doing and how they were doing it. I imagine our install wasn’t easy one due to moving the oustide unit but they worked with ease. We are so pleased with the new unit, it runs like the old one just not as loud now. Last but not least, the receptionist who answers the phone, wonderful!! I initially scheduled my inspection the next day but needed to reschedule it. She was great, I felt so bad for having to reschedule, but she said it wasn’t a big deal at all. She deserves recognition too, I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. I highly recommend this company and look forward to continuing our maintenance journey with them in the future!

Been using Mid FL since my home was built in 2013 by recommendation of the builder. I will say that the techs that service are as professional as they come, however, having an annual service policy with recurring payments is antiquated. Every year, instead of having an opportunity to renew my policy online with a simple process. I have to write down my credit card information on a piece of paper and mail it back to them for processing. However, I've noticed online that they offer financing for repairs through a third party lender that can process for approval online. The webpage says it accepts all major credit cards, but, there is no way to process payment on the web for a standing policy. Today, I called about it because I have concerns about having to route my credit card information through the mail plus, when I got my policy reminder in the mail it did not have the credit card autorization form as mentioned in the letter. When I expressed my concerns I was told (as I have been for the past eight years) that it is something that they are "working on" to update the website to allow payment processing online. I'm impressed that another review mentioned that they get reminders annually. We do get the reminder of the Policy expiring, however, for the annual check up, we have to contact them to remind and set up an appointment for them to render service. I feel that Mid FL/AC needs to come out of the snail mail century and allow secure processing of payments from policy renewals to emergency work on the website. Much like other companies that provide the same service does. Sharing this experience, I hope that my annual check up isn't compromised where I end up having my practically new system on my house that is less than 10 years old having to be replaced for thousands of dollars after this. If so, another review will be posted.

Mid Florida replaced my whole house system about 10 years ago. We have a warranty through them and every year without fail we get a reminder. They schedule really quickly and accommodate our schedules. This year we also needed some repair work which they wrapped into the yearly maintenance. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Been a customer for over 25 years. Mid Florida installed the AC when we purchased our home. They also installed the new unit when we replaced it. We always have had a service agreement. Mid Florida is quick to respond if needed. They are honest and fair. Their technicians are knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. I always request Al to service our unit each year. He’s the best and an asset to the company. Thank you Mid Florida for always doing quality work!

These guys told me I have to cut my bushes down next to my A/C. Never heard of A/C guys afraid to brush up against a bush (haha). Ridiculous! The previous maintenance engineer had no issue repairing my unit and I decided to pay for the yearly service, he was great. Then another repairman comes out and says he cant work around bushes. The office staff is great but the service department seems like its luck of the draw. Getting a refund on my yearly policy and going with another company.
