We've been with One Hour for 15 years. Never had an issue with the service. Love our new tech. Tony is a real people person. His work is spot on and I highly recommend doing business with them.

So far my service that I pay for monthly has been put off THREE times! The tech that was here is not named in the prior page but his name is Jordan. He showed up and it was just sprinkling from a rain we just had. He said he couldn’t do anything in the rain and would be back when it cleared. It was sunny about 5 minutes after he left and no call or he did not show back up. We keep getting pushed aside and the excuse is people are without AC and they’re trying to get them serviced first. I absolutely can appreciate people needing their AC running. What I don’t appreciate is lazy people! If you say you’re going to do something then do it. It was barely raining and I was actually in the back yard doing things when Jordan showed up. One Hour Air used to have good service but over the past 6-8 months it’s just gone downhill. I spent and spend way too much money to get the AC system and try to keep it right.

Cameron is the name of the tech that came to my house and basically is saving our lives since there was black mold growing in our system and I never even knew about it. So I am grateful, and happy with his service today. He was very kind and listened to the problems and in my opinion went above and beyond to help. The tech was great. Thorough, quick, pleasant. He found a little mold on our inside unit. He explained how and why mold grows and then talked to us about prevention. He did not pressure us into making costly or unnecessary purchases.
I have two reasons for only giving them 4 stars.
1. He did not have a mask on when he first showed up. When I asked him about it, he said he had one in his vehicle and promptly went out and got it.
2. This was a semi-annual Maintenance call. They give you a four hour window for when they will come, which I think is too long. Even the cable company gives you a two hour window.
Other than that, this company treats you right!

Tony was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He diagnosed the problem strait away and fixed it without any hassle. I would very much refer them to anyone who may have an AC repair. Will definitely use them again if I have another issue.

Eric came to the house to do an inspection of an AC unit that needed replacement. He was professional, thorough, an explained all the options to get a new unit. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase, but rather informed of my options. If you are looking for a repair or a replacement, I don’t think you could find a better company or team than this.

We have a contract with 1 hour Air and it has really taken good care of our A/C unit and heating. Juan, our service provider is very attentive, listens to the problems and always does a good job. When it came to buying a new system, One Hour Air got our business over all the competition because of their good service.

I have had a service contract with One Hour for a couple of years now. When the technician comes out to do his servicing, he does an excellent job. He is able to keep our air conditioning unit run smoothly.

The one complaint I have is that his follow-up is non-existent. He has promised us on several occasions to get us quotes for a new AC unit (ours is old and will need replacement soon). Every time he comes for our servicing, he says he will email us information and quotes...and then we never see it.

Four stars for the excellent servicing when he is here.
